[Thank you for your encouragement!] Brooke was anxious. "Sasuke, I cannot allow a friend of mine, however impassioned, to throw himself into war alone. You must wait. You must think. Please" Recognizing Justin's handicapped efforts, Brooke helped to lift Mobius up into a chair. [He wasn't already in one, was he?]

[Lovely] They set the hoisted man down. He crumpled over himself, by his own weight, so they propped his shoulders back. [It would be unwise to feed someone unconscious, I'm fairly certain that they'd suffocate.] "Sasuke, I think you'd best not let your, forgive the phrase, fiery spirit get the best of you," the blind man said.

(There are methods. Liquify the food, put it in the mouth, and rub the throat. It should trigger a biological reflex which should causse subconscsious swallowing.)

[Hrm. Perhaps the throat-rubbing does it.. There have been many accounts, though, of people suffocating because of vomit while unconscious. (What a positively superb after dinner topic. razz ) Well, I likely won't be force-feeding you, anyhow. It is more interesting, I think, to see if you'd really let yourself die. I should hate to lose you from the thread, but having the possibility does make things a tad more interesting... There might come a point where Justin or Brooke (or possibly both...) are lost.] Sasuke was far too energized, though, to remain in such company. He stormed off into another room leaving the others to sit and try to think.

After 10 minutes had passed, he stirred. "Has that b*****d decided to beg for forgiveness for insulting Father to my face? I'll admit, he did it like a man, which is admirable, but one does not trifle in another's family matters." He tried to move his arm. "...I ...I forgot I no longer have that arm to move..."

"You mustn't press yourself as he does. He'll soon discover his error, I know it." Brooke searched for something in the room that might ease his pain.

(You forget that the arm is a million shards on the floor. You should be referring to the stump of a shoulder I have left. Sorry if I sound mean and stuck-up. I have a rich-boy character in another RP right now.)

[Rich-boy? What fun! I should think it would be quite enjoyable to play such a prat! You don't sound stuck up; I, merely, was not remembering clearly enough...]

(Indeed, it is enjoyable! Imagine a cross between Draco Malfoy and Chazz Princeton from Yu-Gi-Oh GX. That's him.)

[Hee hee hee, I am only very vaguely familiar with the latter, but, even so, I can imagine that things quite splendid. Say, you may or may not find this sort of thing entertaining, but one of my friends introduced be to it and I've laughed quite a bit. (The silliest bit is I know, really, nothing of the actual series.)]

(It... It brings me to tears. I was with Yuge the whole way... I even have the last episodes on DVD... Do not blame yourself, you didn't know... I miss Atem already...)
He looked at his shoulder longingly and sighed. "Angelica will cry many a day, calling me stupid and foolish and reckless as she often may. To think I will be handicapped in providing her happiness from now on..."

He chuckled darkly. "Athena or whoever it is at the helm hasn't told you the whole story, then. Wife isn't quite the right word, but for your purposes it comes close enough. Was I right, guessing it was Athena?"
