He sighed, and waited for the guard to glance inside. The guard seemed pleased, so Thachery was left alone. He unbuckled himself, and looked for a way to get out. He looked to the window, the small window in the top. He figured out a way to climb up to the window. Perched in his homemade harness, he carefully measured the window. He looked out of the window, to see how far he'd have to jump, or climb. He judged that he could jump out, get hurt, but not hurt enough to care. His feet went through first, followed by his thighs. He was so glad that he was so damn wiry. Once he got to his shoulders, he made his body go diagonally through the window. He dropped as silently as he could, still hurting his legs with the impact. He smiled and limped home to soak in a hot bath. They wouldn't know he was gone until ten o'clock at night.

They didn't release it to the press, but they called Rosa. Rosa was asleep by then though, not that she'd wanted to answer anything from the police.

Thachery soaked all day in the tub, the hot water taking every sore out of his body. He slept all the next day in his bed, more than happy to lie down for the first time in days.

The next morning, the police tried to get Rosa again. Rosa promised she'd try and catch him again, but didn't really. After a few days, she remembered the party.

Thachery turned up in a museum one of the nights before the flat party. He still wanted those stupid Jade Eggs. He couldn't help it, he wanted them to a fault. It took him a little over two hours to get it finally. Now they couldn't keep him out of the papers.

Rosa groaned as she read the paper. The party was that night, maybe she'd talk to him about it after that. She got ready for the party, then went to help set it up.

He got ready for the party, making sure that nothing about his appearance was amiss. His bangs and the tips of his hair were colored red. His outfit was black and red themed, even going so far as to have black and red gloves. His mask went on, and he deemed himself ready, though he'd wait until the party was a little ways along.

Rosa was glared at by the fangirls, who anxiously waited for Aansalath. Rosa avoided the fangirls, but watched out for the thief.

Thachery managed to make a very dramatic entrance. He cut the power to the lights, just the lights. For the music he rerouted the music to suit his wants. Calm at first as a fog slowly entered the room, as the first bang went off, the music picked up in tempo. A card with his alias somehow floated from the ceiling. Another bang went off, another change in tempo. A cloud of smoke followed the bang, allowing him to step in the cloud and seem to appear from no where. He was so glad her kitchen window was left open. He let the recording/music end, his laughter ending the song and echoing into nothing. The lights went back on suddenly to show him in the middle of the cloud. He reveled in the oo's and ah's as he took his bow.

"Of course, I had to make a huge entrance. Just don't call me by my real name would you dear?" he said with a smile. He let the girls fawn over him...though he though of how much more fun he would have if he just took something tonight.

Thachery shortly grew bored with the party, as he usually did, he didn't know when it would end. He didn't have any of the alcohol, which may have taken away from the party, but he didn't care for the stuff.

Rosa found him again, "Some of them want to play a game with you," she whispered, "Its pretty juvenile, but they want to..."

"What kind of game? It's not cops and robbers is it, I'm so tired of that game," he said with disdain. He put his hands in his pockets and looked around, hoping the party would end soon. "I could be having so much more fun right now," he said wistfully. ((Sorry I haven't responded for a while, I've been busy with school, work and getting over writer's block))
