Honestly, I couldn't finish it. It just seemed so generic in some indescribable way. I just wanted to yell at the entire band to add more emotion into what they were doing.

You're saying At the drive In needs more emotion? If you didn't post something by blockhead I'd say you had no taste or understanding of music... Their lyrics are brilliantly poetic yet political at the same time. That's why they scream, they're angry.... But I do love me some Blockhead. I really do. heart

I dunno. I'm not really fond of screaming/screamed lyrics. That's probably what put me off of it. But I did notice the lyrics, yes, and enjoyed them However. Really? Aesop Rock? Excellent lyrics, incredible workmanship with the instruments, and probably the worst, whitest attempt at rap-rock I've ever heard this side of the radio. *shudders in disgust*

In return, I give you a sample of one of my musical obsessions.

Really? Blockhead actually makes 99% of his beats sweatdrop I thought youd actually enjoy that one. Guess i'll actually have to try this time. Nice song by the way.

A local band from my home town of Millwaukee Wisconsin. I find it sad that these guys were bigger in Japan than america. Still one of my favorite bands to this day...
