I'ma ready an action to take a grenade and chuck it into the airlock once I open it and dive away. Can I do that?

No. Opening the door, throwing the grenade, and getting out of the way is effectively a Move action, then a standard action, then a move action.
you can do a move action and a standard, or two move actions. Cant do all three.
