"Now link to both of Kari and the other girl with the darkness powers" Kari's mother commanded me. I did, and i know Smoke would notice it too but seconds after i linked to them I said "That way" pointing my finger in the direction they were heading, I jumped into the portal with Kari's mom on my back and we made our way too them.

Smoke sighed, "I did, but I have a feeling our plan won't work out like I hope it does if we go there... So now I'm just sort of looking for a good spot to work..."

Kari cocked her head sideways out of curiosity. "Why would you think the plan wouldn't work?" Kari felt that the forcefield would never be put to the test if the plan was going to change. She sat next to Terra and began to pet X with her. She felt cold, for a moment, but it could been the wind. The cart was moving at an unnatural speed... she ignored it, thinking it was the wind.

Smoke stopped again. "Kari... did... did you feel something? Like, someone's looking through your eyes?" Smoke thought she was losing it.

We came out of the portal right above where they were running I saw Smoke which was a relief but when i saw Kari so did her mother. She made me jump down into some sort of cart thing that i assumed Smoke had made. what suprised me more was that she made me grab Kari and X with a sort of whip thing. we jumped off into a portal. "My worst fears have come true" I told myself. (she caught her)

"KARI!" Smoke ran to the portal, but didn't make it in time. "Inferno! Terra! She's got Kari!"

Kari's eyes landed on Kurai who was falling towards her. "S-SMOKE!" SHe screamed before Kurai grabbed her with a long whip that pulled her and X up into her arms. Kari's face was pale, she could see Kurai's eyes filled with fear, Kari's body froze when she saw her mother, and her mind was filled with all the possible tortures she had in mind, All Kari could do was sit in Kurai's arms, and scream.

I started crying again. But this time no one could see it. all i could do was look at Kari's frightened, screaming face trying to comfort her with a gaze.
Kari's mothers face had a look of complete happiness and malice. I tried to break free but the only thing i could move was my arm which i squeezed tighter around Kari's waist. "I got myself into this"(i told myself)
"But i cant get myself out of it...without hurting others"
I thought of my mother, but when i tried to picture her happy face, all i saw was darkenss.

"NO!" Smoke didn't know what to do. She couldn't feel their bodies at all with her abilities. She started crying. "I shouldn't have stopped! I should've kept running!"

Kari's throat was hurting, she hoped if she kept screaming someone would hear her. She stopped screaming 5 minutes later. She looked at Kurai, she could see her mothers facial expression on Kurai, but as Kari looked at Kurais eyes she could see that they where sorrow-filled. Kari whispered reassuringly, "Its okay Kurai." Although her voice kept faltering, because her mother kept looking at Kari, and smiling darkly. She began to conjour up a flame, and shot it at her mothers head. "LET KURAI AND ME GO!" She shouted, her throat still hurting, and shout 3 more fireballs at her mothers face.

I reached for Smoke's mind and found it. "Smoke dont be sad ok.....i WILL protect Kari....i need you to give me a moment ok....you...will...find...us..."
(i concentrated, opening a small portal right under Smoke, Terra, Inferno and X) Then once again i was stabbed, this one was more painful than all of the others, then i lost the connection. "Poor Kari...i am so sorry you had to see that" was all her mother said, then ripped the blade out... I didnt even scream. (as Kari shot fireballs i caught each of them and crushed them

Terra went over to Smoke. "It's ok. We'll get her back. We just have to come up with a new plan." Terra felt sorrow well up inside of her "We will get them back!" Terra said, mostly to reassure herself.

"Kurai?..." Smoke stopped crying and was silent. she looked down when she felt a shift of particles. She glanced down the portal and saw a room. It had walls that were falling apart. Then, she saw the witch and the blade. Smoke gasped right when the portal dissappeared. "The blade... it's... it's almost fully red." She looked at Terra and Inferno, "We don't have much time... What places have fallen walls? They're red. part brick, part wood..."

Kari whimpered at the stab in Kurai's back, and then jumped a little bit as Kurai caught the fireballs as if they where nothing. Kari looked at her surroundings...she lost her thoughts as they flew over an ash covered area with walls made of wood and brick, Buildings abandoned, and the eerie feeling of death lingered. 'Is this Jole?' she thought, Jole reminded her of her friends, which caused tears form, although she refused to let them fall. Kari knew her friends would be following..she pulled off her shoe and let it fall to the ground to let them know they where here. It would be like hansel and Gretel! She applauded her self.

Where is the one place where Kari's mother could have gotten that knife and would be so frighting that she would probaly cry? Because the place i am thinkin of is Jole.
(try and keep my character in this rp for 3 to 5 days plz wont be on in a while)
