✌ With a small smile as she continuously tapped her phone, Lala was busily walking with no care in the world. She recently started streaming from her phone as she played her little mobile game, and so far everyone loved it. So far she's only streamed outside twice, once was just a vlog like stream, she walked around, showed a bit of the places she thought was nice of her new town, and the second time is now, playing her game as she carelessly walks around with no attention to the world around her. Aish! Lala hissed through her mask as she scrunched her face unpleased. She's been trying to get this jigglypuff for the longest time, and now that she's found one it won't cooperate! I swear this jigglypuff will be caught, and then I will call him Mr. Jiggles. Why? Because its sweet revenge! Lala joked as she concentrated on a perfect swirl spin. She stopped dead in her tracks, trying to concentrate harder then she was now, and flicked her fingure up. She ditched the swirl method and went straight into battle with a straight head shot. The pokemon was sucked up, the ball bouncing down towards the ground. Lala held her breath, the comments pouring on the side of her screen with encouragement. One blub. Two.... YES! AIGOOOOOO! Lala screeched happily, her arms in the air and the breath she held in released. When she brought her pone back down, she giggled and typed the earlier mentioned name with a hum. That was too intense for me. It's literally a jigglypuff what? With a airy laugh she scrolled down her screen, reading the comments. She replied to a few of them, answering some questions as she went along. She was still stood in the same spot she was before she caught the jigglypuff. She smiled and continued off after a little while, hitting a gym and pokestop on her way to somewhere. Maybe the park?

Desmond yawned a bit as he walked down the sidewalk. The small male had no idea where he was going, but that was sort of the point! Well, at least that's what he was telling himself. The truth was... he was lost. Completely lost. That's what he got for going for a walk in a city he just arrived in! The incubus wasn't too worried though. If it started getting late or he started getting scared about were he was he could just look up his new house on google maps or call himself a cab or even stop into one of the many buildings to ask for directions. So far, it seems like everybody in the city was at least mildly friendly in the fact they would say hello or smile back then the raven haired male spoke to them. Back in the small town he grew up in, the male was an outcast simply due to his sexuality. How humans could be so close minded he never knew, but now he wouldn't have to worry about that crappy little town. If his parents or sister wanted to visit, they were free to come down any time they wanted!
Smiling a bit to himself, Desi also kept an eye on the shop windows to see if any of them had 'Now Hiring' signs. He had plenty of money left from the move so he didn't have to worry too much, but the money would run out eventually. As the petite male continued on his way, he made sure to take note of all the places that were hiring, typing the names of the businesses into his phone as he went along. It wasn't until a short distance later that the male noticed others moving across the street and he cocked his head to the side a little. Was the sidewalk under construction up ahead? Continuing forward, Desi then spotted a very large man and blinked in surprise. Ah, that's what the people were moving away from... well how rude! They didn't know if the man was dangerous or not! Chances were he wasn't!
As he stood there and stared, the male then noticed the kitten and gave an audible gasp before a wide grin appeared on his face. Walking up to the stranger, Desi gave a cheerful smile. "Hello! My name is Desi! What a cute kitty~." The male chirped cheerfully, not even phased by the man's size.

With his basket hanging beneath his arm, Elvis decides to kill time with a walk around the park before trailing off in a random direction in the city. The ambience felt homey for this guitar player, nodding at those who took notice to his vibrant smile and smiling back as if their day would be alright from here on, a quick peek inside his basket shows that he's still got a couple more goodies and a little treat for those with a sweet tooth. The sun is high and the weather couldn't be anymore pleasant and for his second day in his vacation, missing his work life was a thing of the past now as he feels quite alright and not having to worry about bills or other things that may cause some concern for a few.
Looking back from where he came, it felt different knowing where you've been and Elvis smiled softly at his little journey, it felt a little hot, though he was glad to have worn a short sleeve otherwise it would've been too hot for him to even be out at this time in the day. After finding a nice place to rest his feet, Elvis pops open a can of soda taking light sips from the fizzy drink while interacting with his phone and taking a selfie for his friends to see how he's doing on his vacation.

❛❛Sometimes you have to give up, not because you didn't try to move mountains to be with someone. You give up because they didn't try to move mountains to be with you. They settled for their life and the people in it, even when it isn't what they really want. You weren't meant to live a lie. Hold your head high and know that you won't ever settle for that misery. Let go.❜❜ ▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
I'm feeling concerned. || I'm speaking to Coralyn. || I'm wearing drenched casual || I have $200 on me and $800 stashed in the bank. || I have feelings for Coralyn?

The storm raged and the wind only grew stronger within passing moments. His damp skin was cold, like prickles of ice cold needles digging into his flesh and bones, yet all he felt was the warmth radiating off her skin, the heat of her body pressed against his, and the way her heartbeat was beating against his own. Hues of striking colours were clouded and tensed with worry, softening only at the feeling of her fingers gently resting against his own in a gentleness he had begun to grow accustomed to. A quiet breath escaped his lips, half relieved, and half undeniably awe-struck at the way her cheeks flushed a shade that only made her light coloured orbs stand out beneath the field of pale skin, and equally light coloured lashes. But just as the situation begun to settle, and his worry had eased into one of peace, and relief. The frustration eventually came like waves crashing against his mind, washing over him in waves of exasperation, and anger.
”Why on earth risk your own safety for a phone!” his grip tightened, muttered behind half-gritted teeth. ”You know the risks!”
A quivering breath escaped his lips, feeling his fingers digging into her shoulders with a firm pressure. Even now, he was unsure if the light quiver in his fingers belonged to the chilling weather, or to the sudden dawn of overwhelming worry, and he’d blame it on the harsh and gloomy weather that reeked of devastation and loss, that reminded restless souls of grief and mourning. But the anger eventually receded, easing into one of frantic worry, and delayed panic. ”What if your message went unnoticed-?” his voice softened, spoken only in a hushed voice that was barely above a quiet, shaky whisper. Would she have gotten home safely, then? Just before the water grew strong enough to wash a grown person away? Would the owner of the restaurant let her stay until the flood was over? Would the man outside have left her alone? Would she have been safe, even if he was not here? His features tensed, and then changed into one of loss, and confusion. Into worry, and eventually indifference.
But when the familiar feeling of her fingers slipped into his own, this time skin against skin, he felt the growing tension ease off the muscles of his half slumped shoulders, and his grasp tightened against hers. Half in fear, and half in search of reassurance. She was alright. The overhead bell jingled, and his eyes fell upon the blurred figure pacing back and forth in the distance in what seemed to be hesitation. His gaze locked onto the man’s as he walked closer, meeting a pair that was guarded and wary, mirroring his own. "My umbrella is stuck.." and it wasn’t until she hid behind him, that his attention returned to her paled features. His hand withdrew from hers, exposing his tanned skin to the harsh winds as semi waterproof jacket of nylon slid off his broad shoulders, and draped over her head. ”Come.” his voice was demanding, yet in a way it also spoke of “It’s alright”, it spoke of “You’ll be safe”.
It spoke of “I’ll protect you.”
His arm draped around her shoulder, tucking her smaller frame against his side, as he used himself as a barricade between the duo. His head was lowered, hidden behind the shady hood of his jacket, yet within that split second, he felt their gaze meeting in a heavy tension, leaving an uncomfortable feeling clawing within the depths of his mind. The rising water splashed against his feet as he guided them back uptown, where the small uphill slope led them away from the flooding streets of downrown. Heavy droplets drenched his already wet locks of raven that clung messily against his chiseled features, and the now half transparent, white undershirt revealing the tanned skin of his torso. But what invited his gaze was simply a dimly lit street, and flooding waters that felt harsh against his shin. Located almost next to the coast, uptown was flooded, cutting them off of the only street to their housing district. Pieces of trash washed along the side of the street, carrying the orange cones along the surface of the running, muddy waters tainted by mud, and soil, and the fallen branches of trees. The lightning flashed, as though threatening to strike them, and the rolling thunder roared in a thunderous warning.
”We- The floods are perilous- Let’s find some shelter for now, lest we get washed away.” the older male voiced his concern, with light stuttering now apparent in his baritoned voice, as the cold wind attacked his damp skin.
”There’s a hotel not too far from us. Hurry.”
