I'm just sitting here and NOT MOVING AT ALL and I am sweating.
It's not as if I'm fat or anything. I'm not lifting weights or running in place. I'm SITTING. AND I HAVE SWEAT ON MY FOREHEAD.

I was comparing that I am sitting still and sweating to what a person would sweat if they were running around/exercising.

Larger people do have more fat and muscle to insulate them, and their bodies work harder (thus creating heat) to maintain themselves. Smaller people have less insulation.
