Check the home page for the link to the prom event. Have a little game set up you can win prizes in along with a plot update and such.

Well they did have big flashy banners pasted across the regular forum screens also. Looks like they finally did the official announcement. I think they often avoid announcing it right away to help stall some of the initial traffic for the event.
