The picture is making me wonder why Iust never made a move on her in Legacy 1. Ah yeah that is right it was because he was too moral to do such a thing.

Graka is who Iust works for. At the least I'd have to go through that crime lord to get to the Sith controlling the strings.
Besides, I dont think Ferno would buy into the whole archtypical Villian thing.
