.....well...it is related (but if you look at it carefully, its not quite the bacardi bat logo)....hell, the picture also goes with a credo I'm creating......as for the blue dreadlocks......the shadow can't be made blue, and the dreadlocks in the picture would make it look un-batlike.....so I couldn't do that either....

Powers:
Curse of the Deceased (immune to all effects except for physical effects, such as fire, ice, lightening, etc. However, he feels pain from all attacks....he just can't be killed by them. Another side affect of the curse is that potions, medicines, and magic of all types (even healing ones and teleportation) have advers effects when used upon him. Magic, however, becomes absorbed within him and backlashes onto the one who used it on him (meaning healers die when they try healing Overlord, or they go insane feeling the flesh of their limbs deteriorate within minutes if they try healing specific limbs. Re-attatching ligaments and joints, however seems to work on Overlord, but to a lesser quality. This brings pain to the healers' joints in which they attempted to heal.)

Full chainmail armor for maneuvering (rusted and full of holes), thin black overclothing (tattered), full length red cape (tattered), has an all black helm made from the head of a black dragon (red-jewels replaced its eyes, the helm was enchanted so that it would never be damaged or dirty)

Background:
Born to a poor family, he rose to power in the local king's army. The king had grown cruel and senile. When he was second in rank to the king, Overlord killed him in order to protect the people of the kingdom, and then took over the kingdom. Everyone in the kingdom respected him more than the past king, so everyone followed his rule without revolt. He however never considered himself king, since he was not of royal blood, so he made his title to be Overlord. The small kingom was caught between two other warring kingdoms and he did his best to protect the kingdom. It was a difficult situation, but the kingdom kept its ground despite the other side were led by two powerful wizards, one of darkness beyond all others, and the other, was one of lighter intentions, a great healer trying to prevent the destruction of the lands. Lazarus, the healer, had decided to make an alliance with Overlord, for he needed the man power, but so did Overlord, so naturally refused. Lazarus offered him gold, jewels, and all of value, but still he refused, out of respect of the people of his kingdom, as well as his honor. Finally, Lazarus had told Overlord he had been experimenting with a spell for eternal life....however, he was afraid to use it on himself. He gave Overlord one week to decide. That is why Lazarus came to Overlord's kingdom that day. For an alliance, he would cast this spell on him. They made the agreement and Lazarus began to cast the terribly long the spell. At the last moment Cathros, the other wizard, bust through the doors and quickly casted a spell which was called "Slow Death", a cruel spell which kills and traps the soul of its victims in their body, allowing them to feel all the pain that would happen to their bodies. Overlord was hit by both spells at the same time and was knocked out cold. Neither wizard knew what was going to happen to him, but they kept fighting without paying much attention to him. As soon as the war was over with Cathros slain, Lazarus and his kingdom held a ceremonial burial for the poor Overlord. They outfitted him with his ceremonial armor and weapons, and lowered him into the earth within a large stone tomb. Since he was cast with both spells, the effects of the spells were beginning to happen. He was living, but he was dying at the same time. Because he was buried he was also decomposing. In a sense, he became a zombie,but with his own mind. He began digging his way out, but it took him 25 years to do so. Now he is a walking corpse who can't be killed. Because of his deterioration, he needs to be healed slightly when he must. Now in the new ages of technology, he must get regular operations to re-attatch his joints, and partially heal his body.

Wanders, searching for a cure, which the goddess, Fate, dictated he shall never find. (usually that is, if allies himself with a group, he stays by them until he feels he is no longer needed, or until he has watched them pass to the other realms which he can never enter under normal circumstances)

Because of the decaying, his speech is slurred, and his movements are slower and stiffer than they used to be. When he was a true human, he was unusually quick, especially for a human. His thoughts are, however, intact. He is also an extreme gentleman. He would never strike a lady (one who qualifies as one to him) even if it would mean his death (if he could die). He thinks through most things and can figure out most opponent's moves before they are even done.
