The thing you use Ice against have significantly lower Sp Def generally is the thing though Nit. So it actually does more damage to grounds, rocks, etc than Ice punch does.

Normally Evire uses Ice Punch vs. Dragons, and their defenses are normally very close to one another, you want the higher attacking power. Also, you probably won't keep him in vs. a ground wall, ((Hippowdon > Electivire))

Well... You can switch out HP for Ice Punch if you feel like it, so go ahead and surprise me >.>
