Lily followed what Rod told her. She shot at everything sinister. In between shots, she worried about what Gabby was up to, if she was being good and staying put or not. When Jack told them to chuck the gas, she did. She was curious how they were going to light it. Her biggest mistake was watching them. Flames shot from Rod and Jack's hands, igniting the fuel.
They're using the plasmids.
Suddenly, Lily didn't feel so safe. The smell of blood and burning flesh was making her sick, and the whirling movement outside their hide away wasn't helping. The fear was the last straw. Lily turned away from the fight and retched onto the floor.
Wiping her mouth and nose on the corner of her dress, she ran back into the kitchen, scared that Gabby would be gone, or scared stupid. Relief ran through the mother's body as she spotted her angel, sleeping in the same place. Lily fell to her knees next to her sleeping child and lay down next to her. Fatigue and sickness weighing her body down, she fell asleep, not caring what would happen when she did.

Jerkan= bad splicer(( sounds like the tiger from Jungle Book))

Standing amiss a belly of fire, Jerkan digested wastefully in the scene opening to him like a child’s picture book. His eyes laughed back at the screams of his fellow freaks and others who might go bump at night. Jerkan flexed his fist and broke his way into a closet room exiting from the combusted hall. His face twisted madly behind his bird mask and produced his version of the smile. His heart was beating out of control along with the deep squid smelly breath forcing its way out of his gaping mouth. His attention focused on the wall favorably leading into a hallway parallel to the previous one. He watched his hands as if he was producing art as he carved away at the wall until finally breaking a small enough hole from him to climbed through. It was much more peaceful along this one and the sounds of distant cries only made his little walk that much more enjoyable. Jerkan walked briskly and attentively with a small hunch and his cleaver scratching along the wall next to him. He let out a joyful giggle every time he moved closer. the overpowering screams was making him happier then a hobo that has just found $20 bill laying on the floor. he knew from just the basic layout of these halls that this one ended and then turned to the right, but the wall right at the corner was shared with the kitchen just on the other side. His laughter got a little out of control when he tripped into a heap and flipped himself back over like a toy that was triggered to pop right back up.
"I've got ya where I want ya, now I'm gonna eat ya" Jerkan said under his breath and repeated it like a ghostly chant. His hymns sang on as his fists meet with the wall, breaking it down bit by bit. Both cleaves scratched away at the heavy paint and then wood, but he was still making head way.

As Kite fired upon the burning splicers, his ears sensed footsteps, not the kind of Jack or Rod or Lily...but the steps of a madman, of someone with a purpose but no patience - in other words, a splicer. He couldn't pinpoint the sound - the gunfire and screams of burning in the other room masked the direction. He swung his gun around to the kitchen, hearing clanking and digging over the gunfire. Loading an electric flammable slug round into his shotgun, the electrical explosive 50 cal. bullet would eject from the shell and devastate anything in it's path. Carefully, he checked his sights, his makeshift reflex sight proportioned right, then he quickly changed barrels - to his regular barrel for more accuracy and power from distance, and he creeped into the kitched. He folded in the stock to make up for his elongated barrel, and creeped into the room. Ther was a block of cheese on the counter, and it smelled moldy. Making no sound, Kite walked up to it.

But the block was fresh...the food Jack had found for them... then what was that smell?

Kite turned around to see an eyeball protruding from the wall, a hole that was recently dug. This eyeball was discolored, and shaking...badly. Red, puffy, angry. With a loud CRASH!, the splicer emerged from the wall, and stood there, regaining his strength. Standing six foot four, Kite was no match for the seven foot over-hormoned splicer on his own... but with trusty M56K shotgun...that was a different story.

As the splicer smirked and laughed, Kite took the big knife from the block of cheese, and threw it at the splicer. The knife flew through the air, but dropped because of the weight, and shanked the splicer in his thigh. With the time that he had recieved while the splicer recovered, Kite whipped his KA-BAR attatchment for his M56K front, a bayonet. He had it attatched and was about to look up when he heard Jack scream "DO A BARREL ROLL!" Kite dived to the left, came up aiming, and saw the knife in the exact place his head had just been. "Thanks Jack!" Kite said, and knew Jack would recieve good Karma for his deed. This fight could be fun. And with a smirk, Kite was ready.

((wait I don't get it....is that splicer me????/did I just get used???? grrr....lol))
JerKan bent at his waste and rolled off into a kitchen cabinet. His laughter mocked the man with the big gun; it was all just another day at the park for JerKan.
"oppsy, I dropped my egg." JerKan said from a different part of the kitchen there where he rolled under. He was crawling through the walls and poking his mad crazy eyes to get a good look form all directions. Suddenly there was a quick click and the room quickly began filling up with smoke. The deep full grey clouded the compacted room until sight was no longer any use. All any one could here was the short spastic scuffling of JerKan's feet.
"hehehee, I'd told dem to not pull those triggers at me. But they gone did it and now I's got'ta eat dem all” JerKan’s voice shook all around the room from every corner. He sounded as if he was every where

Something banging on the wall woke Lily instantly. In the few seconds it took for the Splicer to rip through the wall, Lily was already up, picking up Gabby and on her way into the front room again. The child's eyes were wide and glassy. Lily couldn't understand the specifics of the scuffle in the kitchen, but she knew that one or two of the men were in there now. She rocked her baby, trying to calm her down. gabby was well aware of what was going on, and there was no stopping the comprehension from reaching her mind. Just more things to add to a child's nightmares. Lily buried her face in her daughter's chest, straining to keep back frightened tears, trying to put on a brave face for Gabby. "Momma? Scare." Gabby pointed to herself. For the first time since her father was killed, she was admitting her fright. "It's okay, baby. It's okay."
They had to get out of rapture or neither would stay sane for much longer.

"Whass dis, three fishes. Oh my we have hit quite the pot pigeon." Jerkan said still moving undercover and twisting his head to the side with glee. His hands griped the sickles chained to both of his arms and they swung outward wildly at anything he came into contact with. "I'm going to find you fishy, and then I'll fry you for dinner."

Rod dashed to the wall, still holding his carbine. He slipped to the rack of guns and pulled a pistol from the wall.
"Jack! Pistols!"

Whilst Jack and Rod had been training eachother their respective trades, Rod had noticed Jack's affinity for handguns whilst teaching him to use guns. Rod preferred carbines and rifles, personally, but Jack's dual weilding pistol skill and deft firing movements made him deadly with such weapons.

Rod slung the carbine's leather strap over his shoulder and let it fall onto his back. He pulled the handgun from his hip holster, now holding two, and granny tossed them to Jack.

Rod instantly pulled his carbine back around, reloaded and cocked his weapon. He slapped up against a storage crate and let his eyes scan the walls for signs of movement. He took in a deep breath and told himself his lesson. The short version of a longer monologue always calmed and focused Rod, bringing his gunslinging to bear.

No aiming with the hand, I aim with my eye.
No shooting with the hand, I shoot with my mind.
No killing with the gun, I kill with my heart.

And no heart is without a fury.

Jack grabbed the pistols from the air and methodically twirled them around his index fingers; catching them in the perfect position for firing in his palms. Rod had him covered, Jack knew, as he jumped into the smoke firing blindly. That was their plan. Stay Low, Aim high. Jack stayed low to the ground and fired while Rod aimed at anywhere above Jack's head.

The smoke swam around Jack's eyes and he fired into it. Nothing. It was taunting him, teasing Jack's eyes with human-shaped swirls. Suddenly remembering the woman and girl were in here, Jack slid on his stomach to the general area he remembered seeing them in. It was his kitchen, he could still feel his way well enough. "Lily?!" he called desperatly. "Lily?!" He tried again.

A swirl of smoke stopped. Wait, no swirl, but a person. But who? John, Lily, or the Splicer? Jack lunged for the swirl, grabbed it's neck and held one of the pistol barrels to it's head aginst the ground. He dearly hoped it was the Splicer, but if it was the otheres he dearly hoped they would understand his need for action as Rod sprayed a wide angle of bullets over his head.

Jerkan triped for a moment over a nice shiny rod with a trigger. His eyes glittered over the expensive toy that he just so luckuly feel upon. His hands curled around the silvery metal and they found a good grip at the handle. His smile grew even bigger, almost to the point it matched the bunny mask he was wearing.
"Oh pigeon looks like we get to play God now." Jerkan stuttered in a freakish temper. His voice rattled with excitment. Jerkan spun the barrel into the air and shot off a round into the air. Bullets shot in all directions with no intended target, just pruly out of excitment. Jerkan latched himself on to the wall across from where he entered using his shakcle and lunged over top the counters. His hand went trigger happy, firing off in a patern to cover all arears of the kitchen while still crawling along the wall onto the cilien.
"Yeah, I just cranked that solja boy." jerkan's voice became more dark, as if he was screaming with a growl and it shook all around the kitchen. "I'm gonna get ya."

Lily lifted her head when she heard Jack calling for her. "Jack!" she cried back, "I'm here!" She couldn't see much. All she could hear was a scuffle and ramblings of a splicer that was giving her gooseflesh. Gabby started whining softly. She remembered what a crazy man sounded like and it scared her. "Shh, it's okay baby. Jack! Can you hear me?"

Rod saw Jack fall into the smoke on his belly, sliding toward the kitchen. As he fell to the ground near a figure Rod sprayed bullets above.

"Soulja boy!" he heard screamed from an insane voice. Rod's ear's twitched as he swung the carbine up toward the sound, squeezing off rounds at the noise before his eyes even met those of the freak in the bunny mask crawling above.

"Hey! Psycho!" Rod screamed at the fanaticical splicer crawling across the ceiling, "Hitler made you look like f****** Saint Joan!"

The Kraut sprayed more bullets at the bunny, hoping to draw his attention, if not his fire. Rod had decent cover, and he'd rather be taking the heat than Jack, who was in the open, albeit covered by some smog.

"How many fishies are in this pot." Jerkan laughed while grappling along the wall out of harms way. The bullets fallowed him until he dropped back under the darkness of the smoke. His eyes twitched until a plan was put together. Dropping another smoke bomb for good measure, Jerkan sprayed the area that had shot back at him with a load of bullets. He continued to move in a circular motion around a counter and behind a large cabinet whenever he felt the need. Whenever he had a free chance he cracked his blade into the ground to make a hole. he was digging his way through a tunnel line and would use that to get behind the people firing at him. Then suddenly Jerkan caught the sent of adam.
"Oh sweat Jesus, pinch me I'm dreaming. Poppa would be so proud." Jerkan's voice met that high pitch crazy voice once again as his head spun around to the general area of the smell. He cocked the rifle and aimed it in that direction. His target moved to Jack who was some where hidden within the smoke. Jerkan griped the trigger and went crazy again, pulling it as many times as he could get it to fire.
"I want some money too, we could share if ya want."
