heart I didn't read it until it was assigned in English last semester, but I absolutely loved it. I've read it several times since then. 3nodding

Personally, I say its a good idea to a degree, just add in a soylent green twist.

Favorite goth films: Is this "films that goths like" or "films that are synonymous to the goth culture"? The latter is harder to find, I'd think. To the former, I don't watch movies much, but I enjoy the occasional cheesy horror flick (I'm not a fan of being scared, sorry), The Crow (I enjoyed it, what can I say?), Se7en, Dune, others.
Favorite bands: Dead Can Dance, Qntal, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Ayreon (a very, very brief idea of what I listen to; I have a large library.)
Favorite books: House of Leaves, The Crow (I feel that if you're going to enjoy the movie, you should at least see what the comic is all about), Good Omens, American Gods, others.
Favorite jewelry/accessories: necklaces, silver rings, earrings. Collars.
Describe your wardrobe: toned down. I'm in college, I don't have time to dress up like I'd like to, honestly. Nor do I have the money.
Decorations you have around your room/house: kitschy candles from Michael's from Halloween, candles, big costume wings hanging with candle sconces on each side (I honestly am not -that- candle obsessed, they're all in special spots and the Halloween candles don't even look like candles), a mirror fashioned in the style of a medieval window, Monty Python inspired coconuts on the walls, shelves for books, a nice mirror on the wall put sideways so that it's full-length. At school: skeleton blanket from Target over black comforter and magenta/dark brown striped sheets (Target! dorm sheets), Dir en grey poster on wall
OGTs (Obviously Goth Traits): for myself? I don't know. I like darker clothing? Morbid things interest me? This is a strange question.
Offbeat things you did as a child: played with the boys, loved snakes (hated spiders, though), wrote stories, played the characters in my stories, loved Zorro, horses, and dinosaurs and drawing. I had a college reading level when I hit seventh grade.

If you could alter your body in some way, what would you do? Tattoo! and pierce more. These are planned things.

Wear black nail polish: Sometimes.
Wear black makeup: Sometimes? Make-up is like wardrobe; I don't have much time for it, and when I do it's toned down.
Own any pets: two cats, one fish.
Have any interest in forensics? Ooh, yes. I don't think I'd have the patience to be that meticulous, but poking at bodies? Already did that in high school (thank you, honors anatomy class), and it didn't squick me out. In fact, I'd probably enjoy the job of coroner a ton.

Looked at a crucifix in disgust? No, in fact, the black ones can make nice wardrobe accessories and make people look at you funny.
Hung out in a cemetery after nightfall? No, but I'd love to. Cemetaries have always made me feel nice and peaceful. Strangely enough, I'd always get awesome poem ideas when I'd visit cemetaries, and I'd have no notebook nearby.

Favorite bands:Panic at the disco, Motion City Soundtrack, A7x, Get set Go, HIM, Maximum the Hormone, My Chemical romance, The Used
Favorite books: Quicksilver, A Great and Terrible Beauty, Twilight, Angel sanctuary, and basically anything else with words in it.
Favorite jewelry/accessories: A large bejeweled silver cross, a beautiful detailed silver necklace inset with large red stones with matching earrings, and 13 siver bracelets.
Describe your wardrobe: Whatever's clean. On special occasions though, I dress pretty nice. last night when I went to a wedding, I pulled together a nice lolita outfit

Favorite Goth Films: Define "goth films". As for favorites: The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, The Chronicles of Vidoq, Apocalypse and the Beauty Queen, and Metropolis.
Favorite Bands: Corvus Corax, Trobar De Morte, Ataraxia, The Mediæval Bæbes, Sunshine Blind, Faith and the Muse, and Slowdive.
Favorite Books: Well more specifically I like reading myths and legends. I like the tale of Rhiannon, The Children of Lir, and etc.
Favorite Jewelry/Accessories: My pocket watch, and a necklace I have. No point in really going into detail.

Favorite bands: The Birthday Massacre, Voltaire (though he's not a band), Deftones, The Dresden Dolls, 3 Days Grace, 30 Seconds to Mars, Nightwish, and a few more.
