Seeing the flicker of motion as something lashed through Herbert's shoulder, Cassi winced and said, "What was that?!"

Elena looked at Herbert then back at Zach, "What do you mean? We haven't even talked that much."  

[Demonic Repentance]

He sighed. "I have to go... we'll talk again soon." He leaned up and kissed her lips gently. "Goodbye..." He flipped up into the tree, grabbed Ami and cradled her against his chest, then flipped up into the air. His right arm glowed, and wings made of darkness were flung from his shoulders, lifting him up.

Ami giggled, hugging him. "Silly Zachy-kun..."

Zach rolled his eyes, banking quickly and divebombing straight at the ground, his wings extending to catch the wind and slow his momentum. He landed lightly on the ground.

Elena was frozen to place. Had Zach just kissed her? Where did he have to go suddenly?

Zach let his real wings out. "Oooooh, this feels so good! Tengu missed the feelings in his wings!"

Ami giggled, letting her wings surround her. "I missed my wings too, Zachy-kun."  

[Time_Continues]

Elena sighed and started walking along the stone path again, her head down.

Zach laid down. "Ah... The sky looks so good... Tengu wishes he could fly right now..."

Elena walked up to the mansion, classes would start soon.  

[Walt-J-Rimmer]

Herbert was at the door. He was no longer mumbling but watching the people that came in. Hoping he might get the inspiration to the final part of his latest renegade experiment that he couldn't figure out.

Zach sighed and stood up. "Got to get to class..." They walked in from the back.

Since there weren't many students who attended the school they all had the same classes at the same time. The first class of the day was Chemisty. Elena made her way to the classroom.

Zach sat in the back, his wings gone. Ami sat next to him.

He decided to go to this one. With his own experiment on the brake, he had not much to do.

Elena sat in a back corner, staring blankly at the board.

He sat in the front, to disagree with the Dr. as much as possible.
