Wellsie shrugged and caught up with the group "Thanks" she said to the girl who invited her. Since she had a bag with her, she pulled out a hoodie and put it on over her tanktop. "There, now I won't 'cramp your style.'" she grinned at the boy in the hoodie and caught Rukia's eye.

rukia laughed and patted wellsie on the back
"guess you arn't all that bad after all, for a towner that is" the girl next to rukia scowled at wellsie. it had taken her 5 years to gain rukia's trust and this girl had done it in 5 minuets.
rukia shot a glair at her friend who cringed and scamppered off into the group.

Wellsie laughed as well "Thanks..I think?" she winked at Rukia's friend, partly out of sympathy and partly out of seeing what her reaction would be. She continued to walk with the group and observed the group with her crimson eyes (that currently had blue colored contacts in them.)

the girl scowled back at wellsie, her face looked like it was about to exsplode with rage.
rukia shook her head in annoyance and looked at wellsie "ignor her shes just possesive"

Wellsie smiles in the reaction of the girl and responds "I can see that." She looks back over at the girl and tilts her head in curiosity I wonder if there's any particular reason she's so possessive..? she releases the thought for later contemplation and continued walking with the group.

a shrill ringing rang threw the group and the boy in the hoddie flipped out his cell phone.
the rest of the group (apart from rukia) crowded around him and listened to the convosation.
rukia shook her head and grabbed wellsei's arm "come on we need to get out of here" sure enough asfter rukia had dragged wellsei down the street angery shouts emited from the group of hoodies.
rukia sighed in exsasperation and draged wellsei to a near by park.
"gang war" was all she muttered before plonking down on a near by bench

Wellsie allows herself to be pulled away from the group and was interested in Rukia's remark. "Gang war? Why aren't you going?" Wellsie sat down next to Rukia and waited for a response.

"please you don't think i would risk my life for them just so they can keep the best spot in park do you?" she snorted and stood up "anyway be greatfull i saved your dam neck" rukia looked down at wellsei
"i'm going home c'ya" she flashed a breife peace sign and walked off across the grass.

Welsie raised her eyebrow at the response "Well, at least you can see some sense." She smiled at Rukia "Later, then."

"pheeh what ever" rukia hopped up onto the side walk and trudged towards her house.

she mounted the steps to her appartment two at a time and stopped at the door. she slotted the key into the lock and pushe the door open.
sighing she shrugged of her bag and flopped on the sofer.

Wellsie shrugs and takes out her book again, shivering against the sudden wind. She opened it up where she left and let her mind drift into suspense, mystery, and mind-challenging concepts. She lounged against the hard bench, and her eyes narrowed a bit. Oy..Colored contacts are difficult. She looked around her and when she saw nobody was there, she took them out and put them in their case, opened the book again, and hid her face behind it.

rukia lay down on the sofa and flicked on the tv.
a random horror film flicked up and she sighed, throwing the remote on the coffie table infront of her.

Wellsie finally forced herself off the bench, it was evening, and pretty damn cold. She went back to her apartment and up to her room. She took some blood from her refridgerator, groaned at the temperature, and decided to let it sit for a bit while she warmed herself up. She went over to her living room, book still in hand, and sat down in a nest of blankets that always happened to be there. At the same time her sensitive ears picked up gun shots in the distance. "And the gang war begins..." she muttered to herself before opening up her book, wanting to finish it before morning.

rukia jumped at the sound of the gun shot and then settled down again
"idiots" she muttered darkly before turning the volume up on her tv and snuggeling down.

Personality: Having had to fend for herself after her parents were killed, Akira - or Aki, as she is usually called - is quite aloof, street-smart, and can be sarcastic. It takes a special person to get her to talk at length and actually open up; so far, that hasn't happened. She has a soft spot for those she deems 'weaker' than she, and will protect them. Those who are skilled and fortunate enough to earn her friendship are guaranteed her loyalty for life - at least, as long a life a half-breed such as she can attain.
Extra: She likes knives and other bladed weapons, and can hit moving targets with deadly accuracy. Her eyes also change color from purple to blood red if she is angered enough.
