Well it's more the top person who owns Gaia. The Staff are more willing to hear us out, but the owner guy holds too much control over everything sweatdrop

Lanzer isn't the head of Gaia. He's just one of the top moderators. He's not the actual owner, which is the big problem. They have some authority, a lot more then the rest of us, but even they are limited when orders come from the very top sweatdrop
