BLAME VIZ, which concequently, is the same company that made the JAPANESE VERSION.
So now you're all going to be hypocrites.

I've first saw naruto on CN so I can't speak against it... due to its popularity its no wonder people would complain about english dubbing neutral honestly i think the voice acting isn't that bad... his voice suits him rolleyes

I think they were too much in a rush to get Naruto to America. and they didn't spend enough time finding good voice actors. Also they should've spend more time on the dialouge

Really, first off, it's VIZ, not CN. Viz did the editing, Viz bought the license. Second up to bat, by saying CN you incorporate not only Toonami (which is another clarifier you people forgot), but also Adult Swim. So now you're insulting FMA, Inuyasha, Neon Gensis Evangelion, Samurai Champloo, S-CRY-ed, Fure Kuri, Read or Die, and more and so on, etc. Sure, I prefer the origiinal Manga version, but ya gotta face it; Just because you don't like it means other people don't have to either.

I hate fanboys. I liked dubbed anime if it's being played in America I want to hear english voices. I hate sitting and reading the sub titles and missing the action going on the screen. There is nothing wrong with Naruto's voice. I like the scratchy voice he has. If you don't like it go buy the DVD so you can listen to it in Japanese.

Really, can you people stop complaining? And I don't mean all of you, just the people who go "Omg! Cartoon Network ruined it!" Maybe they did in a couple of ways. Some voices could be better. But seriously, there have been other threads about the same thing!
