Yes, there is! If you do it so often that your parts actually become sore, you may need to hold off for a bit. Alternatively, it could be the technique you use. I won't go into detail, but if you find you are sore afterward and don't do it several times a day, you may consider using a different technique. Otherwise, if you're just fine after doing it, I don't see what the problem could be. Though I always recommend different techniques to spice things up now and then.
