BIO: Wahadi was born into a tragic time in the swamps, a time of fear, uncertainty and loss. The swamp murderer, having found Ukosa in her birthing den, destroyed her as she used her body to defend her cubs. However, neither Wahadi nor his siblings would learn of this for a long time. After Ukosa's death, Wahadi's aunt Kabusha took over the rearing of the deceased mother's cubs. When Wahadi and his sisters were introduced to the pride his father, consumed with grief and rage at the loss of his mate, also disappeared. Wahadi would never meet him.
He's the runt of the litter, smaller than his sisters with his mother's cunning and his father's bad temper. (Size ref) Whether it was the loss of his mother or just his nature, Wahadi is a sensitive boy, a weakness he tries to hide by acting tough. However, he is extremely brave and protective of those he loves.
Wahadi's birth name has a special meaning unknown to him. Meaning "promise," his name represents the promise his mother made to her mate that she would keep his litter safe. They would not die like his last litter. In the end she kept her promise, although she also lost her life in the process.
When Wahadi was a juvinile, Kabusha, the lioness he believed to be his mother, told him the truth about Ukosa and her death. Although horrified and heart broken at first, Wahadi quickly accepted Kabusha as his emotional mother even though she was biologically his aunt. Sadly, shortly after learning of his mother's death, his father was killed by the swamp murderer, Mysmyr. All in all Mysmyr killed six lions, three of which were closely related to Wahadi: mother, father and uncle. Bangili, who would have been Wahadi's niece, was also killed and would bring the total to four.
Now called Majilipio-ni-Tupu, or simply Maji, he has returned to the swamps with his best friend and mate Lhach, now called Daima-tii-mlei or simply Daima.COLORIST: Meep OBTAINED: Breeding

BIO: Kisikusiku, or Kissy as her mother calls her, is a rambunctious little girl with an eye for color. She keeps a collection of shiny pebbles in a hole she’s dug on the side of their den. She’ll chase anything that moves, especially if it’s colorful. While some cubs in her rank are shy and withdrawn, Kisiku is a quirky girl with oodles of personality, but her quirks get her into trouble when she doesn’t know when to settle down or close her mouth, so she sometimes has difficulty making friends. She's bursting with energy, a little goofball and always ready to leap without looking.
Her low ranking doesn't seem to have phased her. In fact she's practically thrilled! The one thing Kissy is firm about is males. She will NEVER let a male talk down to her and anyone who tries is gonna get mauled (literally or figurtively). Around females she's fun loving, upbeat, always ready to offer advice or a shoulder to cry on, but around males she's opposite; demanding, serious and aloof. The only males she seems to care about are her brothers. As she gets older she'll drift away from them, too.
Notes on family: Most of Kissy's immediate family has re-located somewhere. Vestip, the first to leave, has changed his name to Ila and is now in the swamp lands with his new mate Kabusha. Later, when Kissy was a juvenile, her mother Mawu and sister Onalim left for Mwezi'Johari. Juno, Gin Matsuba and Kim'acha left as adolescents. Juno found her way into Kizingo'zaa, Gin Matsuba went to Antianiera and Kim'acha is a rogue. Kissy's two brothers remain in the pride.
As her pride slowly died out, Kissy was among the last to leave. She wandered the rogue lands for a time until she met Uko. Upon discovering they were related, the two began traveling together, Kissy planning to join Uko's pride when she returned home. BIO: Timur was shunned from his pack after he went missing for a couple weeks and returned home with a strange smell on his fur and tales of evil two-legged spirits. Though he tried to find a home in other packs he's always been pushed away because of his "paranoid and delusional" beliefs. Being alone for so much of his life has had a terrible affect on his psyche. He's not what you would call insane, he simply has great difficulty relating to others and almost no empathy.
Despite his problems, he's not really anti-social. He can hold a conversation with just about anybody (though most of the time it seems he's just talking to himself while the other person listens). He only becomes irritated with people who try to pry too much into his personal life and would much rather sit and muse about arbatrary things like when the rain's coming or if a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? Still, when it comes to secrets, he keeps them to himself. She likes to hang out with boys, namely her brother, and tries to get them to do what she wants by tricking or manipulating them. She's also imaginative and likes to make up games.

BIO: Some part of Nesrin believes she is worthless. Maybe it’s that none of the females in her father's harem look her mother should. Maybe it’s because none of her siblings look like their father and neither does she. Whatever the case, Nesrin feels something is amiss in her life.
She's a beautiful wallflower, religiously modest, never wanting to take credit for anything because she never feels satisfied with herself. Her father's attitude toward females puzzles and frightens her. She wouldn't comment on it. She would rather believe that everyone has some speck of kindness in their heart than that everyone is out to get everyone else, but part of her believes that is also true.
