Whatever your names mean in your native language, it bears zero meaning when translated into katakana. Those are just phonetics, and though some of them may sound exactly like certain kanji, you can rest assured that whatever pops up on the system you are using is just nonsense. The few exceptions perhaps, are those with either Chinese, or Korean names. When it comes to racial identity I'm a chinese, and it's extremely difficult for me to pin down how it should be read because each word has lots of different possible pronunciations in Japanese. If you're thinking about Korean names, please consult an expert in that field.
I can also convert any name into Chinese, but it holds no inherent meaning since the words that would constitute your name are just phonetics.
