Iron oxide- put steel wool in a jar, and fill it with water until the wool is below the surface. Add in 5 tbsp of bleach, 5 tbsp of vinegar, then let it sit for a day or so. Finally, run the brown mixture through a coffee filter and collect rust. Or, you could buy rust from a paint shop or ebay.
