It can't be in the atlantic cause atlantic is on top of many different plates, which can cause earthquakes.
So the best would be in the middle of the pacific. Cause at the edge of the pacific there are tons of earthquakes

i got it!!
Say that there's an isle in the middle of Antartica. It's sorta like an oasis. No one's discovered it yet because you have to travel through the bitter cold in Antartica. It's untouched by people and pollution; we'll keep it clean.
