Now that I've had a chance to look over the New Vegas perks, I'd have to say I'd want Juryrigger. It always feels like stuff of mine is breaking on me, so I could use something that fixes my stuff so easily.

If being able to kill someone epicly and then have the strenghth to kill another hte same way is amazing.
I hate the New Vegas Version of this Perk.
Either that or Mysterius Stranger.. so next time i get in a fight i have some back up wink
