Watashi wa jyuu nana sai desu. Nan sai desu ka?

WAIT! I have a question! Do you add the '?' at the end of the question or does 'ka' replace that altogether? or does it not matter for it is a spoken question?

Generally the ka will replace the question mark. There is only one piece of punctuation in Japanese... it's a little circle that acts like a period in English.

It's not a huge deal, really, but the question mark isn't used in Japanese.

I'm sorry but this is incorrect. To say you are 108 years old, you would say hyaku ha-sai. Hyaku is 100.

watashiwa juu hachi desu.

わたしわじゅうはちです。

Perhaps if you add Kanji and explain, it would be easier, since chinese is the same as the kanji. it's pretty easy to understand the bigger numbers that way.

I have a question!
I'm 14, so would I say "jyuu shi" or "jyuu yon"?

Either is fine. "Yon" is just more commonly used.
