Sam=Samantha an original character from a fanfiction I wrote along time ago. I used to hate my real name but fell in love with Samantha so I used that in stories.
T=Tobias from the book series Animorphs
03= Tobias tells books ending in '3' in the book series.

My dad's Ukrainian so I've got a Ukrainian name... Or did before I changed my last name. My hubby has a Scottish name so it's an interesting combo.

There's a character on Chrono Trigger who's name is Nadia.
Coincidentally, she goes by a made up name/nickname too. XD

It actually depends upon the country of origin the person is from, it's pronounced differently if your from a different country.
Remind me at some point, when I don't have to head off to work, to tell you about the creepy stalker that I had in college which is the reason everyone on gaia knows me as sam.
