Franchion1 Kyo looks at the ground and back up and says "well that maybe true, but when i was a jonin for the leaf before the plotted against me i did have the chance to meet the Tsuchikage and was able to cast a sealing jutsu in which when i choose to release they would come under the users control" torque sigh "like i said before no ninja from the leaf we cannot trust them wether they are rouge or not we need a honest somebody who wants peace but is strong someody with a motive to want to control this country"

Kyo grinned and said "well i can have the Tsuchikage who is from the Rock village, look for a person worthy enough of kage level and have him be sent here and i cast the jutsu and tell him to follow your orders Torque"

KisukeRULZ "I met a strong shinobi of the Kamizuru Clan when traveling. They are from the Hidden Rock and the first Tsuchikage was one of this clan." Hiari said. torque smiled "they have already tryed to attack the leaf but the hoshigaki Clan or the mizu clan"
