"You'll probably like quidditch then. It's a lot like football but way more fun. You can't play on a Hogwarts House team until your second year but it's still a lot of fun to watch. Who knows maybe you'll play keeper at some point," Alexis said. Because her mother was a muggle, she knew a lot about muggle sports as well as wizarding sports.

Allie continued asking them questions until the sky outside grew dark and one of the older students came by to tell them they would be arriving at the school soon. "We should probably change into our robes now." Allie said standing up and reaching for her trunk.

Jack jerked awake suddenly and found all his friends looking at him with sly smirks on their faces. "W-what are you all..." then he caught his reflection in the window. They had dyed his usually white-blonde hair crimson red. "You gnits!" he yelped turning on them and wrestling one of his friends to the ground. "Hey! Hey! Relax dude! It'll wear off in about an hour." Matthew shouted. Jack pulled back, and looked at Matthew, "Yeah, just long enough for everyone on the train to see right?" The entire compartment nodded and Jack groaned.

Alexis stood up and grabbed her trunk as well. She opened it up and took out her uniform. As she did she wondered about what house she would be put in.

Luke was walking down the hall when he heard a commotion in a compartment. "Hey, guys, chill-- Oh, Jack, it's you... nice hair," Luke said, trying not to laugh. "... anyway, we're coming up on the castle. You all ought to change!" Luke was already wearing his own robes, his Captain's badge pinned to his chest alongside the Gryffindor house crest.

Jack jumped at the sound of his older cousin's voice. "Luke! I didn't- they-, oh man..." he tugged his robes down and changed quickly. He grabbed his hat and started tucking his long currently-crimson hair into it. He managed to stuff most of it in but a few strands wer sticking out. "Oh...I'm gonna get you guys for this." He said cursing his friends.

"I could put it right for you," Luke offered, still trying not to laugh. He then heard laughter bubbling up from a nearby compartment, and turned around to see Lacey VonTrapp seated in the center of a large gaggle of people. For a moment, their eyes met, but she quickly looked away, and so did he. Luke didn't expect much from her... himself being a muggleborn and all. At least Jack was half.

Allie pulled her arm through the sleeve of her cloak and straightened it up a bit before turning to face her friends. "How do I look?" she felt the train stop and ushered Ebony back into her cage. "Shall we go?"

"You look fine." Kai said pulling her own robe on. She shoved Tonks into his cage and gathered her things. "I think we shall." Kai said, stepping out of the compartment.

"Let's go," Alexis said smiling. She grabbed her trunk and Hermes' cage. She followed Kai out of the compartment.

Once everyone in Lacey and Marshall's compartment had collected their respective belongings, and Lacey had handed her's off to Marshall, they began to head out. "Let's go, everyone!" she called, her cat still in her arms. As she opened the compartment door, she nearly ran into a gaggle of three first year girls. In her arms, Beelzebub hissed. "... oh, hello Allie," Lacey said, stroking the still-hissing Beelzebub, "I trust you and your friends had a pleasant train ride?"

Lacey moved aside to allow the other people in her group to pass her. Many called out to her, promising to save her a seat in a carriage. She barely acknowledged them. Marshall, however, did not leave. He moved to stand by Lacey's side, looking slightly menacing in the shadows.

As the train stopped, and people began to disembark, Luke bade farewell to his carrot-topped cousin before dashing back to his own compartment to grab his things. By the time he had them, most everyone was off, and he was hoping there would still be carriages. He didn't much fancy walking. As he made his way down the hall, he saw a group of people up ahead. This piqued his curiosity. As he moved closer, he saw the slim figure of Lacey VonTrapp... and Marshall Aiken not far behind. He was her usual bodyguard. The only time he wasn't at her side was when he was in detention. When he looked at the other three, he saw they were first years. This couldn't be good. Taking a deep breath, he approached the five people.

"Is there a problem here?" he asked, sounding a lot braver than he felt. He saw Lacey's grey eyes dart up to meet his for a moment before looking away. Marshall just growled, and cracked his knuckles at Luke.

Tonks let out a menacing bark at the hissing cat. "We don't have a problem. Do we girls?" Kai asked looking from Allie to Alexis.

"No everything's fine," Alexis answered. The sooner they got away from Lacey the better. They also didn't want to be late to the feast ether.

"No there's no problem, Lacey here was just asking how our train ride was..." Allie said sarcastically, "It was great Lacey thanks for asking." She said a little too cheerfully. Ebony moved in her cage and Allie looked at the hissing cat that Lacey had, "I think he has fleas. You should probably get that checked." she remarked before shoving past Lacey and leading her friends past them.

Jack followed his group of friends grudgingly to their carriage. He kept his head down trying to hide his atrocious hair that was sticking out of his hat. The color was starting to fade but now it looked bright pink instead of crimson. As their carriage pulled forward he prayed that the color would go away faster.
