"HEY!" Malice screamed at the angelic monstrousity (Luna), "I am trying to watch an execution here! And DON'T YOU KNOW WHO THAT LITTLE BOY IS!?" She leaped off her perch and sprinted after the angel. Freaking do-gooder....she'll get herself killed! Then again--why do I care? She's just contributing to overpopulation anyway.. As Malice's frustrations mounted, the energy around her multiplied, causing the ground around her to tremble. "I. Came Here. To Watch. A. Much Deserved. Execution. And you are not taking that away from me!"
With that said, debris and rocks from all around Malice hovered, then threw themselves at Luna. She would not get away unscathed.

Luna doged the rock saying "It's cruel it dosen't matter if I know him or not." she placed the littel boy on the cloud her hair turned red her eyes turned yellow her theeth grew sharklike she put on red glasses as her cloths turned to a red suit she pulled out a chain saw darting down fast smileing like the insane person she is she said with an eeire voice "I am you Judge Jury and EXECUTIONAR! you think you can go with this killing people who are a tiny bit diffrent HA! what if your next what if your best friend is next would you abandon them you would you kill yourself? N-O you would try and get to safty It's human instinct so you think its right to kill my kind! So you are here by guilty for Atttempt in murdur for a minor your punishment Death'' she laughed insanely startng up her chain saw saying sarkly "Now lets see how your blood looks on you."
(Remeber I'm not really going to kill you My blade turned people in to the mutants. and My sscyth can be classifyed as a chain-saw cause it changes to the personality)

"Oh crap..." Lealth had quickly caught on to what was happening downtown and ran into an dark alley, "This makes me think of super heroes."
He assumed the form of a blue and black fox-like creature and dashed through the city, hoping he could save the person being executed.
(From were he stands, he has no idea that the kid is being helped already.)

"OBJECTION!" Malice glared up at the cloud. "How can there be a trial, if I don't have a lawyer!?" An inparticularly large rock flew towards Luna's pretty little face. "Crazy! Crazy! Crazy old lady! Nyaaaa!" Malice made a face. "You think you're so high and mighty up on your cloud! Why don't you come down here, and meet me face-to-face?" With each word of the preceding sentence, more debris flew towards Luna. Malice's accuracy was improving. "And I'm not afraid of your pretty little blade, either!"
Windows shattered, and the glass shards hovered around Malice now too. Poised to cut. Poised to destroy.

Luna jumped down from the cloud in front of the girl "If you shoot you shoot to kill." she brought up the chain saw and swung it down twords her skull.

Malice dashed under Luna's legs and was about to punch the maniacal angel firmly in the back of her head--when a howl broke through her thoughts. Leaping out of the chainsaw's range, she scanned the area (though it didn't help that she was so short), looking for the idiot--ah..person-- who dared interrupt.

He sprouted wings from his fox-like body and flew down to the ground. As he watched the girls, he said, "Just what is it that caused this?"

Cry of the Celts (umm not to be a bother but how can I put my character back in with you guys?) ((Upon re-reading I notice that your character was just roaming around. So...you could easily hear the commotion that's going on. Or you could stumble upon it. ))

Ivan rubbed his temples. "Humans are so loud." He muttered lowly as the peoples cheers grew louder. Ivan casually walked over and made his way through to the front row. He smacked his head and watched the two girls bicker, now there was going to be blood shed seeing how they where pulling out weapons now. Ivan was getting happy, wondering who's ghost he'll talk to, until a wolf thing began to howl for peace. Ivan growled, and chucked a rock at the wolf, as a sign to shut up and let the fight continue.

(I don't know just jump in some how like walk out of the forest or something) Luna shouted while cutting the girls arm engough to leave a scar "Don't take your eyes of the the prey. My Your blood does look beautiful why too bad my chain specail it will temporarily turn you in to a mutant like me."
