To me, it's one of the voices that are ok, but can still use some improvement on it.

you, my friend are definitely not a conesoir (sp?) of voices. i mean lee's is one of the worst if you count orochimaru's which sounds like he's whispering the whole time

I was blanking and you're right I heard it again and went, "wow, alright who ******** up his voice?!" mad

To me, it's not the voice, it's the way he talks in general! He's too...litarite, especially for a partily comic-relif character.
