Tik where did you get the plague dr. masks from? My hubby wants one and I think it would make an interesting 1st wedding anniversary present.

Tik where did you get the plague dr. masks from? My hubby wants one and I think it would make an interesting 1st wedding anniversary present.

My uncle who lives in San Diego bought one from a costume shop and sent it to me (it's black and only an eye-mask), and I made the other one (bone white and full-facial coverage).

I'd try internets.

The craft store I work at sells masks that are plague doctor ish. You just have to decorate them.

They're easy enough to get. Just buy one of those plain white woes from a fancy dress shop, and colour in the black bits with a marker or something.

I know, that's what I plan on doing. It's just that finding the right blank mask in the first place is harder than I expected. :c

Seriously, I think we sell those types of masks at our craft store.

I still need to exhaust the craft store/party store resources I have here.

I know there's a Hobby Lobby and a Michael's...

I think Party City sells masks like that.

But I'm extremely picky about the type of mask :c Most of the ones online have weird eye holes or a mouth hole or something just not Maskymask material about them.

I think there's a Party City somewhere in Shreveport (the next town over).

I'll check that place first.

Need to plan to swing by there next time me and my mom head over there.
