	MY APPLICATION FORM: Username:A n d r e A n t o i n e(planning to change it though) First Name: Vench Location: Masbate(temporarily), Naga(college studies) Age: 17 Guild forum postcount: 50 (including this one) Leadership Background in Gaia : Not that I could remember, But I became a staff into a Charity and at the same time a guild called "The Philanthropist's Society Charity" when was I was still on my account way way before. If I would be given the chance to be a staff, this would be a learning experience for me. smile Your skills/potentials: I consider myself a freelance amateur graphics designer and at the same time an Amateur Gaia profile artist, I also do traditional Art Sketches. Multi-tasking is my best asset too. ^_^ How will you function as an IWC Crew? Like any other Staff I would make most of what I can offer to my fellow members may it be concerns, problems and sometimes even financially. Why should we hire you? I think I maybe more of a "Graphics Designs Crew" If I may specify. But other than that, And at the same time, I know my limitations and How far my potentials or abilities can go. If I may Add, I was actually planning to leave gaia since Nothing much is going on and there's not much of a reason for me to stay. But after I read the announcement, It gave me the inspiration to be active again. smile
