Well, here we are again...

Name: Sneh Strážca 'Snow Watcher'
Owner: Zero and Below
Personality: S as many call is him is a powerful and well respected cheetah. He's strength equally matches his wits and he is well known for keeping a cool head and making smart decisions. He is awfully loyal to the governer and governess and to the Yuy family. He respects their decisions and stick to them as a loyal follower. It is in his duty to protect them at all costs.
Prompt # and Reply:

Prompt
Prompt number 1 mixed with a bit of history interaction of Prompt 2

His ears flicked in annoyance as the female spoke, he didn't listen to anythings he said. It went in one ear and right through the other, he knew where his loyalties lied. Mah'Rie'Meiah was the last survivor from the Barutono clan, her uncle Trowa recently killed. Her uncle however was known as being a heartless brutal and cold hearted monster, even compared to the rest of the known Barutono clan. However he was careful to nod his head and make eye contact with her to make sure she did not notice his behavior. Sneh was not one to take sides with the evil ones, he believed in justice, respect, and controlled power. There was something about the rebel's ways that didn't sit well with him. He disagreed with almost everything they believed in.

"So we could use your help Sneh Strážca, the rebels need you to help us gain control and take over" Her words were like those of a snake, nothing but a silver tongue. Even her pelt colors and markings reminded her of snakes skin. Sneh didn't believe a thing she said nor trusted her, he knew helping them would do nothing, but if he pretended too he could get a closer look at their plans. Besides he pledged his loyalties to the governess and there they would stay. "I see why you could use my help Mah'Rei'Meiah and I would be wrong to deny it, besides in honor of your uncle Trowa we will take revenge and take over" Sneh Strážca said his words as dishonest as Mah's, however he knew the female would trust him. She had no reason not to, at least no reason that she was aware of.

Sneh had already taken out one of them in order to protect the pride and he would do it again. He knew letting these ruthless killers take over would not solve anything, no one could live in a world of hate. The whole entire way they lived was at stake and he wouldn't let it fall. Besides as he nodded farewell to her he could not help but grin a bit. He watched as she turned around and left and he only whispered one thing into the wind after her.

"I killed Trowa in order to protect the pride and I will kill you too if I have to.." With that he turned his head and made his way back to the pride and back to the colonies. For now he would stick close to Mah'Rei'Meiah and watch her movements and study her every strategies. when the time was right he would foil the rebels attempts to take over and keep his loyalties to the governess.

However he did not only kill Trowa for his brutal attempt to massacre many but because he also knew Sneh's personal disaffection towards the idea. He had to kill him before he was snitched on, Aneh could not let that happen. It would ruin everything he had worked so hard for, and he considered himself to smart to let that happen. So he had to do what he had to do, and he would do it again.

You can't swing a broadsword when your in the forest....

Name: Pilindiel Vidor
Owner: Lethrossen
Personality: Easy going and born to follow, Pilindiel has always been the perfect soldier. To an extent many believe she should have been born a male, for the crude ways she flirts with males (and females!) alike, her swaggering confidence and her belief than males and females are perfectly equal in all things, including physical strength. She is cheerful and loyal, respects those higher up than her even when she dislikes their decisions. Though this has begun to be a point of conflict for Pilin, and she's been struggling to remain who she always thought she was; a loyal soldier to the Aristocrats.
Rebel or Loyal?: Loyal
Prompt # and Reply: Pilindiel had not always been a soldier, and at some point in her earlier life she'd never dreamed of serving the aristocrats. No one in her family, extended or immediate, had ever been soldiers. In fact, many of her family opposed what the aristocrats were doing. She was born from a line of fishers and ferriers, all common folk. Pilindiel was just hitting adolescence when she decided that she would fully devote herself to ferrying others across the waters, never mind fishing. On one trip though, it seemed fate had different plans for her. She'd been bringing some aristocrats over to the islands, though this trip did not end as smoothly as others. When they reached the colonist's lands it seemed some colonists were inclined to rid the area of the over-baring, unfair and disliked aristocrats. It was just a small group of three, and when Pilindiel's raft landed they took it upon themselves to try and attack the two Aristocrats she'd been ferrying. Instinct took over; these were her higher ups, the lions she respected and envied. These were lions that needed to be protected at all costs, they were not worthy of deaths at the hands of rebel scum. Pilin killed one of the offenders and had wounded another before some of the aristocrat soldiers were able to make it on scene, silencing the other two. The 'battle' had left Pilin badly injured, but alive. Those she had been protecting were fairly unscathed, though she could see the male had his leg hurt pretty bad before she'd been able to kill the leopard that had attacked.

It was on that day that the aristocrats, or at least their soldiers, took and interest in Pilindiel. So it was put forth that she join the soldiering ranks, which seemed to her a high honor for a cheetah of a family of fishmongers and ferrymen. Still, it would mean leaving her family and pledging her service and loyalty to the aristocrats. By now many had hinted their displeasure of the way things were handled, but Pilindiel believed that this was just the way things were. This was what she was born into, this was what she knew and this was how life was. So three suns next she took up the offer, proud to give her services to the aristocrats at such a young age.

Knocking on Heaven's Door

Male Name: Trathnóna Muinin (Evening Faith)
Female Name: Maidin Suil (Morning Hope)
Male Owner: Tanakako
Female Owner: Lorne_Sionn
Name Origins and Meanings: The male's name means 'Evening Faith' and the female's is 'Morning Hope', both in Gallic.
Prompt # and Reply: (A mix of 1 & 2 with the start of 3. Wrote in an rp style.)

Smiling gently down at the beautiful lioness, Trathnóna could hardly believe that she was there, stood so close against his side that he could feel the raise and fall of her gentle breathing. Letting his gaze wonder over her slender body, he remembered the first time he had laid eyes on her. He had been scouting, a young lion newly signed up to the Resistance and eager to prove himself a capable warrior. How full of excitement and blind idealism he had been back then, though it wasn't really all that long ago. He had been scouting out the residence of a noble family, one that was to prove to be the guardians of the most beautiful creature he had ever laid eyes on... his merilin, a lioness of such beauty and gentle grace that he had been lost from that moment.

It had taken weeks for him to finally pluck up the courage to talk to her, weeks of watching and dreaming and wishing. Yet finally he had sucked up what courage he possessed and had made the leap, visiting her in the small hours of the night. He had come to live for those stolen meetings, slowly gaining her trust and her friendship. Now, he knew he had been truly blessed with her love as she stood beside him, so full of innocence and beauty and wonder at the world. He longed to show her so much, to take her places she had never seen, yet the world was far too dangerous for her to do so. Not until the controlling paw of the Aristocrats had been overturned and a fair life returned to all. Every waking moment he thought of her, and lived in fear for her safety. He could not see a future for them with things as they were... no, he had to go through with his plans, had to aid Mah'Rie'Meiah if he and her were ever to be able to live a life together safely, to raise cubs and grow old together. That was his dream, a simple dream of a quiet life beside the one he loved.

Was that really too much to hope for?

Maidin moved a little closer to the warmth of her beloved, taking comfort from his presence, her beryl colored eyes closing in blissful happiness as she felt the protective safety of her melamin against her. The vague sense of unease that seemed to cling to the household disappeared when she was with him, as if it dared not even raise its head in fear of him. When she was within his embrace she knew nothing could harm her, that she was safe from every evil in the world.

Trathnona would protect her, and she just knew when the time came and he asked her father for her paw, he'd reveal his true linage to her. For there was no doubt in her mind that he was from a long, prestigious, noble line. After all, every fable ended that way....and this was no doubt such a fable. It had all the elements of one.

The secret meetings in the gardens, the shy way he had courted her, the awkward, but genuine feeling in his words and gentle gestures. Then their were the wounds he sometimes had that spoke of times he must be fighting, a solider kept hidden, dashing and steadfast, that he explained as hunting accidents to her worried inquires. He had to be holding back the colonist revolt her father kept going on about when he thought she and the others could not hear him....

Brave, strong, honest and true...surly she had been blessed when he had wandered into her garden so many months ago. Sighing with contentment, she leaned back a little more, lifting her head to nuzzle along his jaw, purring softly to him, all of her affection in the sound.

A warmth crept over him as she settled against his side, her weight so slight it did not even affect his balance as his strong legs braced against the earth. Allowing himself a soft sigh of true happiness he bent his own head, touching his nose to her's tenderly before bringing her closer into the curve of his body. How he longed to protect her like this forever. Tilting his head he brushed his cheek against the ruff of pale fur atop her head, his smile warm and tender, offered for her eyes only. They stood such for a long moment, until something, some faint sound, caught his attention and he snapped awake, body going still as he pricked his ears, seeking the source, already moving in front of her protectively as he readied himself for battle. Yet just as he was ready to roar a challenge, the strangest sight caught his eyes some distance down the hillside. It was Prime Minister Khushrenada and Governess Yuy! Startled into silence Trathnóna could only watch as the pair wandered along the riverbank some distance below, far enough away that neither older lion was likely to spot the younger couple up on the ridge, hidden from the skyline by the outcrop of rocks behind them.

Letting out a tightly held breath he was about to turn to reassure his love when something so totally unexpected happened that it left him slack-jawed and befuddled. The Prime Minister and the Governess.. kissed...! Blinking he squinted down the slope but sure enough, they were stood close together in a manner that was certainly not conductive to enemies. Stunned into temporary stupification, he could only turn and look at his sweetheart. If... if Khushrenada and Yuy could be together... then maybe he and Maidin could do it too?

Suddenly his mind was filled with what ifs as he gazed silently and longingly at his young lover.

Maidin purred again softly as he brought her to rest against him, the sound musical as a song began to form in her heart. Often this was how her songs began, and she would purr them in his embrace, working out the tone and melody with him in the long hours of the night before setting them to become the songs she entertained the Household with. She was about to ask him how he liked it when she felt him tense. The speed with which he moved to put her behind him made her blink and she could only bit her lip to keep from yelping in surprise.

By the way he was standing she could tell he was expecting some kind of attack and she began to tremble, though she was reasonably intelligent enough to know that with his dark coloring and where they were standing he at least was near invisible. If she kept quiet, he might be able to surprise their attackers. If he told her to run, she would...she once heard her father say that as long as he knew her mother was safe, he could fight for his own life.

Scared to the point where she didn't think she could draw another breath she brought her beryl gaze up to his, trusting him with not only her life, but her very heart and soul. She'd do as he said, because she had faith in him.

Realizing she was still rigid with fear, he turned fully and nuzzled against her ear, liping the tender skin at the joint. "I am sorry, beloved. I did not mean to scare you." Gently cupping her fragile cheek with his far larger, scarred paw, he smiled softly at her. "It is safe, I promise. Come.. look..." Gently he drew her up beside him as he turned, keeping her close against the lee of his body, his tail curling against her back legs before entwining with her own. "See there...?" He motioned down the slope to where the two leaders stood together, clearly close in the intimate manner. "That is Prime Minister Khushrenada and Governess Yuy..."

Still shivering from her fright, but trusting him completely, she let him lead her where he may, leaning back into his warmth, borrowing his strength as she wound her tail with his, her jeweled eyes going wide at the sight he brought to her, "Oh..." she breathed, " but...but how...oh...."Maidin was confused, outraged...and then confused all in the span of a few breaths.

This shouldn't be..should it...could it? As she watched them from the protective circle of Trathnona's paws, Maidin found her gaze soften as she watched the two steal their secret moment, saw how they stood, how their world was only for each other. How could she condemn them when she fully understood them? For when she was with her own lover, did she not feel just the same?

In that one beautiful instant, with the moonlight filtering through the garden, the sheltered and innocent lioness knew that she would steal such moments with Trathnona if that were all they had, that if their fable was not the perfect one, it didn't matter, because however the story was written, as long as he was beside her, she would brave anything to be with him. She loved him. Fable or no, she loved him.

She loved him.

" I see them melamin," she whispered, turning to nuzzle his mane, " but I will never say that I have. Let them their stolen moment. Abide these three things, faith, hope and love, but the greatest of these is love...leave them their love, please for me Trathnona." She looked up at him, her plea in her innocent eyes. " Do not report them...please."

Trathnóna watched his tender love rather than the couple down by the river, his magenta gaze soft as he watched the many emotions flit across her delicate features. She had no idea how open she was, a book just waiting to be read, but he was determined to be the only one to discover her hidden story. Chuckling at her breathy gasp of confusion, he licked her pale mane once more, savoring the simple pleasure of having her against his side like this, quiet and peaceful.. so different from his regular life.

When she finally turned to him, her hope and innocence so very bright in her gaze and the plea upon her lips so pure and heartfelt, he couldn't help but smile indulgently. Though he had never had any intention of reporting the couple down below, he had no trouble with reassuring his delicate lover of the same. "It is alright, merilin. I would no sooner report them than I would us... for I love you more than life itself, my dear one." Dipping he touched his muzzle to hers, eyes closing as he simply breathed in the pure, sweet scent of her. After a long moment he opened his eyes and smiled softly, though nervousness touched his heart as he regarded her, his secret on the very tip of his tongue. She had pleaded for the pair down below, so she had to understand, had to know that he loved her with everything he was, that his bloodline and his calling had no affect on what she meant to him, or he to her... He sent a silent, desperate prayer up to his god as he gathered his courage and stood, turning to face her with a serious but gentled expression, his heart pounding in his chest as terror sought to still his tongue. Yet he knew he had to tell her, had to let her know who he really was before they allowed this relationship to go any further.

"Maidin, my love... I have something I need to tell you...."
