The most obvious annoyance in pronunciation is the way characters say Naruto's name, but it's hard to put into syllables. They say something like

Narrr-uto.

Which is why it's annoying. There aren't too many other bad pronunciations, except they way they say jutsu, which also annoys me.

That's because his name isn't Maito Gai, it's actually officially Might Guy, according to Kishimoto... sweatdrop
