[1 v 1] Sight Without Seeing (Mitsu / Shun)

[Inu-Mitsu]

Mitsu had started to retreat back but not in time. Both jabs hit their mark but instead of continuing her retreat Mitsu reached out to latch onto her reaper, legs trying to topple him to the ground while she did her best to restrain his arms.

All of the sudden, Shun felt her latch onto his legs. He wavered and faltered a bit, finding his balance thrown off as she was trying to topple him. The reaper decided to try and make the most of this. He shifted his weight forward, so that he could try to fall on top of her instead of away.

[Inu-Mitsu]

This plan had not been thought out very well. Mitsu thought she had the situation under control but as soon as she thought she was taking Shun down the rolls were reversed and they were falling back her direction. With a squeak of surprise Mitsu instinctively clung to Shun as they fell effectively getting squished as he landed on top of her.

Again she found the air evacuating her lungs and she wiggled and squirmed trying to pull her way free. She wasn't getting much of anywhere though, the lycan couldn't even make a hit her limbs were pinned.

Shun let out a breath as he now had her pinned down. He didn't need to be able to see to get that much. For a moment, he took it to relax as he had been getting worn down from her previous attacks. Once he had recovered a bit, he went ahead to try and strike Mitsu while he had her here.

The Reaper let go of one of her shoulders to deliver a blow to her abdomen. Had he been a less serious guy he might have just tried to kiss her right then and there instead. But no. He was in battle mode.

[Inu-Mitsu]

Serious no matter the situation. It was Shun's greatest strength as well as his weakness. Mitsu could appreciate it and knew they were in battle but as soon as he drew back to land a punch in her gut the air she had just barely managed to get was gone again. Gasping now Mitsu curled up feeling her fear shield start to waver a little. She continued trying to wiggle free but her main concern at the moment was trying to breath.

She was wriggling from under him, but he had knocked some of the air from her lungs with his last strike. Shun wasn't ready to relent just yet though. The Reaper drew back his fist once more before punching down to try and get another hit while he still had her in his grasp.

[Inu-Mitsu]

She was getting pummeled this way, pinned with no where to go. Another strike, though not as hard as the last thanks to her struggles still left her winded and wearing down. She wasn't going to last much longer. Again she tried to wiggle free but it seemed she couldn't concentrate enough to use her strength.

Still unable to break free from him, Shun went ahead to try and strike again, still using the same fist. Partially, he was wondering how she hadn't been able to shove him off yet as she was physically superior as far as strength went.

[Inu-Mitsu]

Mitsu could feel her fear shield wavering more, her time growing short. The added punch only let her know how little time she had left. Trying to calm herself Mitsu closed her eyes for a moment, focusing on mustering her strength. For a split second she had gone still beneath him and suddenly bucked underneath him in hopes to send him flying, dragging her way free then to avoid any further assault.

With a grunt, Shun was kicked off of Mitsu. Grimacing as he felt that in his gut pretty hard, he slowly pushed himself up. She was still breathing a little heavily as far as he could tell, and so he rushed back over to where he heard her before even standing up straight. He basically planted his hand onto the ground and swung his body out to try and kick her.

[Inu-Mitsu]

Escape was futile. Mitsu had crawled a few feet only just starting to rise when Shun lunged toward her, swinging his legs out in her direction catching her feet and one of her hands keeping her from completely catching herself as she met the ground hard. She struggled to get on her hands and knees at least before kicking out trying to keep Shun at bay.

[Blade Kuroda]

All Shun heard was a bit of rustling before he took a light kick to the side. Grimacing, he just came back around and lunged forth, aiming to throw another punch.

[Inu-Mitsu]

The punch hit her square in the back and with that final blow Mitsu was down. She fell flat against the ground her fear shield shattered and the pain quickly starting to catch up to her. Panting to catch her breath she just laid where she was trying to relax. "You catch on quickly." She said softly, her normal stamina currently not present. "I'm proud of you."

It sounded as if it was done with now. After Mitsu spoke, Shun went ahead and removed the blind fold, blinking a few times as he was finally able to see once more. His girl looked worn down, though it was to be expected as they were fighting. She was also bleeding a bit thanks to his few dagger strikes he had literally tossed in.

The reaper's expression quickly softened as he let out a breath, relaxing and shifting over to her side.

"And you are a pretty good teacher," he said quietly before looking towards the bloodied spots, "Are you alright?"  

[Inu-Mitsu]

"It's a little more difficult to explain than I thought it would be," Mitsu admitted. "But you caught on well."

When Shun shifted toward her Mitsu moved just enough so that she could rest on the ground beside him. She was a little dizzy at the moment the stab wound a little worse than just the minor cuts she usually sustained.

"I think I'll be alright...just...dizzy and tired."
