I'd probably be pretty terrified in that situation and do nothing, but nothing usually doesn't help either.
I wish it didn't take so long to find out anything. He could potentially make it worse while they're getting the results. Has it been anymore painful since then?

He got his x-rays back and nothing's broken but he's no better than he was a week ago. gonk

If nothing is broken is his muscles?

It could just be a muscle sprain, it could be a pinched nerve... There are probably some other options I'm unaware of but hopefully it's just a muscle sprain.

I hope it's just a muscle sprain. If it is one though I wonder why it keeps hurting worse.

It might just be a perception thing. It seems worse in the mornings so maybe it just seems worse each day because it's worse than the night before.

Maybe it's the way he's sleeping if it's worse in the mornings? Not sure.

I think it's just stiff in the mornings, from the muscles cooling down and all that.
But I don't know. The doctor he saw is my least favourite doctor. She never actually attempts to find out the problem, and if she knows the problem she doesn't tell you what it is.

Wha.. that's a doctor's.. well, job. It shouldn't be the patients job to play guessing games on what's wrong with them. That's pretty sad. I really question how people like that keep their jobs.

The first time she screwed us around my boyfriend hurt his wrist. She told him to take advil. We sent him to another doctor who had him take a bone scan and he had a broken scaphoid bone in his wrist, and was at risk of arterial damage. -.-
He's seen her 4 times in 1 week and she still doesn't recognize him when he comes in.

I think she's just too old.
