Hi.. I hope okay na ung issue dito smile Maraming salamat sa pagsagot ng concern ng member. Recently may nareceive aqng PM na hinihingi details ng account q or else after 10 minutes idedeactivate nila..

Just a piece of advice..

Kung nagbabasa ka ng threads, parati tau pinapaalalaahanan ng admin ng Gaia na "don't give or share your account information to others" so at the first rate, hindi ka mahahack qng wala ka pinagbigyan. Maraming ways pano maghack ng account.. At ito pa, gaia administration never asked for your account information..

Ito ang ways ng pwede mahack account mo:

Una, pinamigay ang information.. Second, may napindot ka na website or pop up.. Third ang tinatawag na keyloggers, if sa labas ka naglalaro.. Moving forth, I already reported ung pm na un.. And may nakapagadvice sa akin na para malaman mo na Moderator or admin siya ng Gaia.. Nakacolored ang names nila..

Yung nagresponse sa report q is colored ung name..

Anyways, pasalamat ka hindi q nakita ung thread mo bago mo iedit blaugh or masyado lang aq busy sa real life.. sweatdrop May kanya kanya din kami buhay kaya hindi masyado napapansin ung iba.. Hindi naman buong buhay ng admins or mga members dito ay pure gaia lang.. xD..

Na hack din ako dati, hindi ko na babangitin yung name nya since member din sya ng IWC group ngayon and now he's trying everything to pay me back for what he did. Yung ginawa ko is sinunod ko lang ng mabuti ung instructions.

First you file a hacking report, copy the ticket no. which is needed for follow-up purposes. Usually the report will take for about 3-4 weeks. Since dito sa Gaia I think 2 lang ang active Omni-Mod, bombarded sila with reports everyday and they follow the first come first serve basis so matagal talaga since ini-investigate pala nila each and every case ng users. They will determine if it's really a hack or not. And please don't forget to include evidences such as screenshots or video screen capture which is really vital for the success of your account to be restored.

Now after 3 weeks, a mod will sent you pm about your case, and he/she will asked you to provide a new email address in which ikaw lang ang nakaka alam, hindi bestfriend mo, hindi teacher mo, hindi aso nyo sa bahay, kundi ikaw lang. Yun ang hihingiin nila for the transferring of your Gaia account to a new email add.

So kung 3 weeks na at wala pang nag p-pm sayo na mod, yung ang kahalagahan ng ticket no. na kinuha mo during the filling of the hacking report form. You will follow-up your ticket no. thru pm sa omni-mod about your case, saying na you filed a report already and sabihin mong wala pang response until now, ask mo rin if ano ang progress nung case.

It works for me at sa ibang natulungan ko by just following this procedure. Fully restored account including my golds and items except my G-Cash scream na ginastos ng hacker. So yung lang, patience is all you need talaga after filling.

anyway advice lang since ancient times pa... all players here are advice not to share ur PASSWORDS or any personal account informations to other players (like what your VICE CAPTAIN had mention below)dahil prone sa hacking; not to mention with the latest technology aswell inde mo alam ung latest trend on how they do it. ALSO take note, dba kapag magloload sa ibang page na inde na related sa gaia may warning signs... pls be advice na baka hacking site na to... since lalo na dati their ways of hacking is by sending links to the players and when u click this link you will go to the page na sasabihin na disconnect ka and you need to log in... so pag nag log in ka sa page na un... consider ur file stolen.

in case naman na nahack ka na or banned, you can always file a ticket and ask for investigations. like what the crew member stated, you just need to wait their response/feedback because it is being investigated.

to the one that posted this and started this thread... pls be advice and pls do understand na not all the time ur post will be read and be answered. You can always ask in a nicer way, (so not to attract bad impression from others).. pero kung tingin mo you really need help and need advice in your situation, i DO BELIEVE this is what the crews/vice captains are for. you can tag them in a post or simply chat with them sa rally/towns or better yet sa FB group biggrin

and dun sa mga concern citizens na nag hehelp, guys be nice naman. i know ur doing this para sa mabuting intention however, some of the text here that i read are kind of awkward para sa nag post at the same time leading to the point na pinapahiya na sila... cguro nga on her end (or kahet sino pa na malalagay sa position nito) e may pagkakamali xa, pero do understand also na wag naman maging judgemental. kung sa tingin nyu for example like what happened may old post xa, you can always seek assistance din sa mga crews/vice captain and inform them about this.

sa mga nag aask ng donations, since ancient times meron na nito sa IWC... guys kaya nga nagkakaroon ng event sa guild for you to have fun, for you to participate, and bonus na lang kung manalo kayu at magkaruon ng funds... Hindi rin naman mahirap magpayaman sa gaia... i do believe meron pang ZOMG dba? (meron pa nga ba?) anyways, meron rin ung sa aquarium... (wala na rin ba un?) you can also do buy and sell items there are many ways to earn money here ... just enjoy the game, the guild... and before you know it, mayaman na kayu happy pa kayu.
