WyndiWingfall Kyoko1010 sailorstar165 Kyoko1010 Twinnings is decent. My favourite right now is rooibos or chamomile, so relaxing and delicious. I also enjoy ginseng tea and jasmine and oolong and other herbal teas biggrin I just looked them up. I can order from them online, so I may get tea from them now, lol. Though, it looks like all tea bags and no loose leaf... Another good place is "Jungle Jim's." It's this HUGE grocery store that you can spend HOURS in, and they've got a rather nice tea section (and a whole section of different kinds of honey, and a whole section of snacks that go good with tea). Yeah, they're decent for tea bags, not great, but sometimes you gotta make do. It's a lot harder to find loose leaf tea at a lower price. And most of the places I've seen mentioned are probably local cause I've never heard of them Yeah, I've always had to get my loose leaf tea from either Chinatown or online. Most supermarkets around here don't sell anything but tea bags - which is fine if I have to brew in a hurry, but otherwise....;n; I'm almost always in a hurry these days, but over the summer I will have more free time to properly brew :3 I have oolong and jasmine loose leaf tea that is fantastic biggrin

WyndiWingfall sailorstar165 Itachi_Kun619 I love really dark Chai milk tea. The one you wouldn't want to drink... lol!! Hmmm, I like the sound of Chai milk tea, but perhaps not "really dark" lol What does "really dark" mean? Just really strong? I'm assuming "dark" in this case means brewed longer than recommended or stronger than recommended (more tea leaves with the same amount of water), but I'm not sure.

Sounds like that'd be right up my alleyway; chai is one of those teas I tend to like strong. *w*

Not so big on the tea taste with chai. xd So I probably wouldn't go for it.

sailorstar165 Sailor Donut oh i also like chrysanthemum tea and earl grey. A friend of mine got me Chrysanthemum tea once. It's a really good tea, but the one she bought me already had rock sugar in there, so it was way too sweet. gonk Next time I make it, I'm pulling out all those sugar crystals.
Yeah, you definitely don't need to add sugar to chrysanthemum tea. Obviously a lot of bottled ones will do so because...it's bottled tea, but the flavor should definitely stand by itself.
My family often gets a bunch of chrysanthemums to brew the tea ourselves. The house ends up smelling like flowers for days.
