The War horseman looked amused, or as amused as War horsemen got, which was pretty much a flat expression where amusement might have been.
"Do you really think these humans care for you, lesser creatures of Fear?" He watched the water dragon's outburst without flinching, without reaction. And then, when it was silent, he lunged, roaring, slamming his spear against the cage with a loud, earsplitting clang. "You are nothing, not to us, not to the Humans. And I will prove it."
The cage doors opened, and there was only a blur of motion before Poke would feel a burst of pain. The spear the War horseman was holding was sticking out of her ribs. He twisted it. "Now, you Humans, you Hunters assembled, you are her executioners. If both of you agree to spare her life, it will be spared. However, if both of you consider her vermin, then she will be executed, her Fear broken, her core dissipated. What is just, what is fair, let us see what your precious Humans think."

Ami's response was both infuriating and expected as it had long gotten through Poke's thick skull that the hunter had a extreme dislike for all FEAR based creatures. But it was still annoying as heck to be referred to as a mount by her.
The silence was then shattered by their captor's war cry, the scraping of metal painful to her ears. She stood up as well, straining against on the chains and growling as the door was opened, giving her the chance she had wanted to fight back and vent her anger-
"Hurk!"
The water dragon didn't see him move, but she certainty felt the spear thrust through her chest, mouth hanging opened in a state of shoc, still trying to figure out what the hell had just happened. How the hell had he moved so fast?!
Her mind blanked as the horsemen turned the spear that was stuck inside her, unable to stop herself screaming from the agony of her insides being sliced up. Her body fell forwards, his weapon the only thing keeping her from toppling over. And just to rub it in even more, he told them that it was up to the hunters whether he finished the job or not.
Poke gritted her teeth, her strength having left her as much as her pride. She was sure Ami would be jumping for joy to vote for her permanent death, but there was a small speck of hope that Dakota may vote the other way. He was pretty awesome, but then again he was still a hunter and as a much as she liked to ignore ignored it it was his job to fight them.
She would of told the horsemen to ******** off, but since she was in a lot of pain she chose to just watch the pool of blood slowly forming at her feet and waited to see what would happen.

"Ami!" Dakota growled at the huntress, feeding the horseman on and straining against his restraints. He heard the click of Poke's cell unlocking, his eyes wide as he heard the blow dealt against the dragon.
"Don't! DON'T Don't don't." Dakota breathed out, "Don't, She doesn't deserve it. she's a kid. She's a kid in a ******** school. Ami, she's a ******** kid." He turned towards the other hunters cell. "She's a kid and she has friends and family, don't let her ******** die here, of all the places. Our job is not killing ******** FEAR, it's defending against it. She doesn't need to die, Ami for ******** sake, don't let them kill her here."

"Unhand me you disgusting-" Her arm was sore as she was put into the water dragon's cage, a snarl on her face directed at the dragon. She was given an option.
< Ami ... >
"Shut up Dakota," she snapped, "Straighten up. You are a hunter." If this action was what was required to show him that, she would.
The short hunter was patient. She calculated the risks, she analyzed the consequences of potentially targeting another- the horseman, of course. She wasn't particularly fond of the fact that the situation was being created by the horsemen; the power dynamic at play was undesirable.
However, she realized her ability to reach the horseman was unreasonably diminished as getting a shot between the bars would be nearly impossible.
Best to maximize her pleasure and progress while she was here.
"Very well. I select myself to save, the sniveling idiot over there known as Dakota if your premises allow for a second, though it is unnecessary as I am in no place to bargain." The obvious choice was to save Dakota, as it was implied the horsemen meant "spare one plus yourself." However, she knew their ways and refused to allow for error. "Just myself is enough."
Then she moved towards the dragon with slow, weighted steps. "Stay still." The dagger came down, plunging into Pokerus' stomach and slowly carving upwards, aiming for the bottom of her rib cage so as to increase the pain whilst she dragged. It was no more than an anatomical surgery for Ami, her face a stony nothingness as she did it.

(TW: Lots of gory stuff TLDR version is Poke is this years thanksgiving dragon)
It was becoming hard to comprehend what was going on around her, the calls of Xiu and Dakota begging to spare her life blending into a haze of sound. Her vision was starting to blur, the dark red of her blood blending into the drab scenery of the stony ground. She slumped forward, the chains keeping her from falling to the floor.
She knew the horsemen was saying something else now, but what he was doing she couldn't tell, lacking the power to even hold her head up. The sounds of a door echoed, along with Ami saying something to Dakota. Something about hunters and bargains. She frowned as a pair of feet stepped into view, but they were different from the horsemen. Pokerus twitched in a effort to get herself to move, to protect herself as Ami's voice spoke from a faraway place. Stay still, well no s**t it wasn't like she could move anyway.
Suddenly her consciousness was brought back by another sharp pain to her chest below her original wound, and Poke found she had more energy to scream, her voice even loud to her ears as the dagger plunging into her stomach. More blood splattered the room, the dragon ignoring the order to stay still by writhing in pain. It may have been surgery for Ami but the weapon of choice was not razor sharp, making it more a effort to saw through her insides and put her in as much agony as possible. It was safe to say Pokerus hadn't experienced a pain quite like this before, as she figured she would have blanked out if not dissipated but for some reason she wasn't, even has she was bathed in her own blood, insides exposed to the world. Her screaming tapered off into strained gurgles as she struggled to breath and not inhale her own blood.
HP: Mushy insides / non mushy insides idek.

"This is the truth," the war horsemen's element itself was war, each and every aspect of it, "and execution is justice. There is no such thing as an honourable death, death is merely an escape by the weak. The greatest shame is to have all stolen from you, to scream justice, your beliefs, your glory, to deaf ears, and be given nothing in return."
He waited, a little longer, until Poke was no longer flailing, was struggling, was drowning in her own Fear, and then grabbed Ami, throwing her back into her cell.
It was at this point that Dakota and Ami's phone buzzed, slowly, inconspicuously. While phone reception was always (forever) spotty, it seemed technology and the consistent struggle to make communication accessible had paid off. As horsemen really did not understand cell phones at all, the phone thankfully was ignored. It read a single message.
"Now," the War horsemen looked around at each cage and pointed to Poke in the center. "Who is next. Come, there is much time. It is better to strike the foe than to be struck yourselves, is it not?"
