Edit Design: Longer, sweeping tail feathers, longer exaggerated crest. Basically edits to make the bird look like a phoenix. Flames coming from the wings and tail. A gold chain with a ruby dangling from one of its legs (or alternately, the gold chain around its neck with a ruby at it's breast). See references.

Base Color: Honestly you're going to have to look at the ref. I think it's a deep blue and purple mixed
Pattern Color: Pale pinkish white it looks like?

Would like it to look something similiar to this if possible. Can you have it glow and be semi transparent in certain parts like it is in the image?
So basically it would be a glowing/winged/transparentish mutant wolf? If this isn't something I can do, just CC it to whatever is possible <3 I'm really not picky.
