Horns and fluff like: [ X ] Pelt Coloration like: [ X ] Eye Coloration like: [ X ] whereas there outer part is a bright blue, and the inner is a mix of light and dark green. Horn Coloration like: [ X ] whereas the coloration is darker at the base, and fades into lighter the further down the horns.
If it's possible, a necklace made of those tiny bells from the tabards in a silver color, with a white rose (or cluster of roses) attached to it (CC on location). Tiny bell bracelets around each of the legs. IF it's possible, maybe some of those thin chains drooping from his horns all pretty-like?
Basically, this boyo is going to be a tinkling dancer-esque type!
