God damn Feddies! Why now out of all the times! The main Federation assault force was closing in, the Zeon were greatly out numbered but with hope they shall prevail!

At the top, now clear from the underground hangar, Terrance scanned the skies for the sighted target. As Minovsky interference increased, he contacted the mobile suit squads. "All pilots, the medea's heading too far inland for this battle, let the inland forces deal with it and don't reveal the base's location! We're mobilizing to help the coastal front!" The captain turned his suit towards the direction of the ocean and launched it forward, hoverjets turning up sand as the heavy suit glided towards the ensuing battle.

With his allies catching up, Terrance checked the local map to find the most likely place that their defenses would fall at, when a volley of 6 rockets was launched towards the mobile suits. "Rockets!" He raised his minigun, firing 120mm shells in an attempt to destroy some before they reached his team, only succeeding in one's destruction.

With the attack in full swing, the Federation was already making ground on the shores, their mobile suits outmatched Zeon's defenses and started pressing on. Further inland, Leon's team sat in waiting, something he was used to, until the laser communication from the spotters came in, 7 suits of assorted variety. A response team. "Here we go, launch groups load up and wait for the markers. Try to hit the weaker zakus first. We'll deal with the doms and gelgoog." he communicated to his squad. When the Zeon mobile suits appeared in range, the launcher teams trained the marker lasers on tthe enemy suits before firing off.

The situation was alarming, was the Federation really going to start there operation to retake Africa? It hadn't been that long ago that Zeon lost the North American sector but at a time like this? Jae looked around him. The outpost wasn't fully stocked with latest mobile suits from the homeland. Even Jae's Zaku II Kai needed more maintenance. " Damn it all, we need to get into Defense positions! There could be more Medea transports nearby. Everyone stay on your toes! "

Even though Zeon's lack of updating its Earth's forces with new models was depressing enough. New cadets like Maia were given older mobile suits but were assigned to guard duty or supply transporters. It was like a death wish for the new generation pilots, the Zaku I Maia piloted was no match for the Federation's new line up.

With orders to mobilize to assist the coastal front, Maia with the rest of the outpost defense force took defensive positions.

" Lt. Commander Kaza Minovsky particles interference is increasing. "

Maia readied her 90mm Assault Rifle for action.
