It was a few minutes later when the door to Nyale's room opened. Salem had inevitably come to a more relaxed dress as he had removed his jacket and was undoing his cuffs as he entered. The man looked down at his niece for a moment, but he didn't smile. He was sure she would take it as a insult on top of injury if she looked up at him. "I believe you, Nyale." He said.
Salem then joined her gaze looking out at the window to the night time cityscape. "I know it seems unfair, Ny. In some ways it is, but there are factors at play you're unaware of." He put his hand against the window for a moment, letting his gaze drift up towards the sky.
