What are you leaving as an offering? Ryusei brings healing herbs. Baelyrr gathers and arranges them into neat bundles tied with a long red string that he threads with a few shiny beads, one for each element, and then rolls them into a complete bouquet. A few of his feathers are arranged around them all, the ethereal peaches, purples, and blues a foil for the lush herbs and bold red of the string that peeks through.

What are you leaving as an offering? Lillet leaves a clipping of her seaweed, for additional offerings she leaves a weed fan and a little cocktail umbrella~. Little One inspects the offerings with a tilted head and all of his eyes blinking - sometimes in sync, sometimes independently - before he wanders off. Some time later he returns in the depth of night, a beacon of sorts with something glowing within a vessel precariously balanced upon his back, something else in his mouth that he sets down to move the wide dish from his back to the ground. The smoke is perfumed, spiced with cinnamon and sandalwood and sage, all bundled together and burning, burning, burning...and in the bottom, beneath the bundle of twigs that extend the crackle of flame and the heady scent...there are polished obsidian stones that seem to have a little bit of transparency. A little gesture to the weed fan and then to Lillet prompts his companion to spend time fanning the flames. Once the fire finally dies to embers he carefully dumps some brackish water into it. Ash and water mixed, salt to cleanse and ashes for new beginnings, and the little bit of seaweed and umbrella are tucked in.
