Idiot n00bs don't KNOW proper 1337. 1337 speakers use representations of letters to communicate IN FULL SENTENCE FORM with punctuation. Yeah, noobs wouldn't bother to learn 1337...I don't mind 1337. I think it looks...interesting. And it's not butchering the English language, it's just writing it in a different form. It's like me writing in dwarvish runes (yes, I can do that XP)...
