I think TNT should let other users neomail people under 12...I mean this once, this dude stole my artwork which I won from Pet Spotlight and he used it in Beauty Contest, I tried neomailing him 1000 times, but TNT wouldn't let me...so I just reported him. But seriously, they should at least cut the age down to 10 I mean 12 year-olds do know how to take care of themselves....

YOu'll have to send in the form. It takes forever. We tried sending it in when I was nine but gave up. They never either got it or saw it. But now I'm thirteen and trying to make more neofriends.

I lied about my age and my parents know it to, they trust neopets because if they see like ANYTHING close to breaking the rules they warn you and all that...we all trust neopets here!

I'm 14, but I signed up at 13, so I didn't really have that problem. Talk to your parents about the permission form.... or just create another account with a fake age. XDDD

My brother and sister have older ages on their accounts. My sis has a paintbrush on her first account where shes nine.

If you do make a fake age, just change the age. That way you won't forget the b-day.
