I like elemental spells.

I did create a spell once for a HP fanfiction. It was Deripio and basically tore your insides apart. It was for a Death Eater character.

I would want to create a charm to pause time for 5 minutes, but if that was in the wrong hands it could probably do a lot of harm... so....

There should be a spell to cure astygmatism, so people like Harry and Dumbledore would be able to see without glasses - thus, more able to duel evil Dark Lords without worrying about losing their glasses and becoming vulnerable.
