The only thing I ask is that you pose him so that a little bit shows, nothing adult or above PG13, but to show he's male like in my siggy. 3nodding Unfortunatly, Gaia does not count your sig as PG13. They don't alow any male bits even if they are on animals in a non sexual pose. J, the one who started this guild had a quad version of his fur in his sig that also showed just a tad like yours. The Gaia mods had this big controversy over the whole thing (lots of back and forth) and finally told him he had to take it down. Thus, I would edit your sig if I were you. If a Gaia mod sees it, there is a good chance they will send you a warning and disable your sig. <.< As for the commission, that will be no problem. |

Really? Noone has ever said anything to me, and that's been my signature for well more than two years here on Gaia. Besides, who cares about nit-picky things like that in the rules if they don't even enforce them all the time? Anywhere else it would be PG-13 right? You can look at your pet dog and get a better view, if they don't think it's PG13 then that's just silly. If a Mod wants to call that a sexual image then they'd just be showing their own stupidity (see the actual rule posted below).

Maybe, but since almost every photo you see of a male lion shows them, unless he's got that end turned away from you, why not make the pictre more realistic?
The Rules specifically say
"Try to keep your images PG-13. Tasteful nudity in the art forums is allowed on a case-by-case basis, but on the whole, it is a good idea to cater to a range of audiences. This includes the very young."
So if a nude but not sexual photo of a guy can be posted on the site, then why would a picture of a male animal just being natural as they are, be against the rules? I don't want anything sexual, and that's the only rule violation. 3nodding
Besides, this is an art section of a furry guild, so that just further makes it okay doesn't it? Are there really members here who are furs and would be offended by something so silly? If not, what's the harm? |
