Puma D. John I think Shino would be a good hokage I mean sure he isnt as smart as Shikamaru but he is smart nontheless he has very effective jutsu's that wil only grow in power over time and he never panics. What makes Shikamaru a shitty Hokage is his lack of charisma and his lack of wisdom. Shino is by far 5 times as wise as Shikamaru. Logic does not merit as knowledge, though Shikamaru is quite knowledgeable... even Gaara pwns Shikamaru at knowledge. Being Hokage also requires making some seriously hard decisions. I'm not sure how Shino would handle that. Shikamaru actually gets too emotional to pull off that part of the job; so does Naruto, but Naruto is the character we've seen grow the most... Who know's how else he'll change. I think I already said (jokingly) that Kakashi would be a good Hokage. Kakashi has brains, wisdom, and charisma, but he's just plan not that strong. Tsunade could probably easily take him in one blow (not quite true; he'd put up one hell of a fight).

Nephite Warrior Shikalee Tsunade could probably easily take him in one blow (not quite true; he'd put up one hell of a fight). I highly doubt he'd put up much of a fight......He might be able to get in a few good hits, but overall, she'd beat the spit outta him Don't understimate the Copy Ninja my friend. He can read all of Tsunade's movements, since Tsunade strikes with brute and unprecise hits.

You're forgetting three things: Tsunade's overall experience - she's loads older than him, and has seen more and done. Tsunade's specialty - She's not just a brute force user. She's a med nin. She's also got tricks to muck up people's nervous system, etc. The people who can put you back together also know how to effectively take you appart. Tsunade's GIANT PET SLUG, Katsuyu. Our major disadvantage, of course, is that the one time we've seen Tsunade seriously fight she was at a disadvantage. She was still suffering from her phobia of blood, and got herself beaten up by both Kabuto and Orochimaru before she managed to get over it enough to seriously fight. And then they bring out the giant summons, and, yeah. It stops being a clever-technique battle and starts in on the brute force level. So I don't think we've trully seen everything she's capable of.

You're forgetting a load of things: Katsuyu bears little strength against the Ice Dragon. Kakashi has over, so they say, 1000 jutsu. This ranges from weak to fairly strong. Tsunade would also have the disadvantages of Kakashi's Sharingan; he could copy her taijutsu, not at the same strength and speed, but pretty close. The character charts confirms this. It is easily said Kakashi is as strong as Kabuto. It is also rumored that Tsunade was not only weak from a "phobia" but that within those times, that woman was hella busy. At least in the anime, she was running around for hours and hours and I believe that is AFTER the big fight with Orochimaru and Manda (or whatever the snake's name is). I think just about anyone would be weak in that situation. But we also have to remember that Kakashi isn't Kabuto and he isn't Orochimaru. He wields the great power of the Sharingan; proven to make some of the weak stronger (namely, Obito). Same could be said for Kakashi. We have not seen anyone's full potential.

Orochimaru can't slaughter Tsunade because she automatically regenerates her cells when she wants to. Also, as Sasuke learned fighting Lee: Sharingan can't copy taijutsu.

Orochimaru has the cunning plans, Jiraiya has brute strength, and Tsunade can't die. Before you call me on this: Jiraiya has brute strength in terms of jutsus and abilities. Tsunade has brute strength, but in the same way Sakura does. She still needs to lie back and wait rather than rush in and kick a**.
