This is a widely debated subject, and I guess we'll never know for sure until the book comes out.
However, I think that Harry is in fact a horcrux.

On the US cover of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, you see, of course, Harry Potter.
However, if you look closer, you'll notice that you can't see his scar.
It may be blocked by his hair, but it's unlikely, since in the other covers, it was close to the middle of his face and much more prominent.
My theory is that somehow he got the horcrux of of himself and destroyed it, making the scar disappear.
Who said that Harry has to die if he's a horcrux?
