Help! I'm not sure if this is where I should ask for help, since its not directly related to drawing, but its still art and I need advice and as much help as I can get. Tonight I made my first flash animation and I'm having so many problems...mainly because I barely know the program. If anyone knows anything about Flash and can help me out, please let me know! I'd love to be tutored since I never had a class on it and all I have to go by is a book I haven't been reading xp I don't know why but I can't post the pic here directly so I will just post the link...I know it blows up out of its original size, but I don't know how to fix that... crying *is feeling lost* Jack Sparrow Bump made for lola s

:3 well This is more of a technical issue so I guess we need a thread for it, or it'd just go in the regular talk thread.
I don't know much about Flash. D: I guess you'll have to sit tight till someone here can help ya, or find an online tutorial, or look in another forum on gaia.
What is it you're trying to do? Maybe I can help you look online for a good tutorial.
From an animation standpoint, I'd make the text stay on the screen a frame longer. Makes it easier to read. 3nodding Also in the first frame, the picture is higher than in all the others o.o so it moves a little.
If you wanted to change those things I wouldn't know because I don't have flash. X3;;; I've used it like.... twice. XD;;; at school. For a 3 second blurb of line art.

Thanks. If you could find any tutorials for me that would be great. I realized that some of the frames weren't in line and I think that was due to me having trouble resizing and movie after I made everything lol. I want to know how to do Flash more because I have some of my own drawings that I want to animate, but I can't if I can't even get the basics down. I'll change the frame speed a bit and see if that helps the reading better.

Sure I'll take a gander around the nets and see if I can find some flash tutorials.
Also you can post animations here for crit. biggrin I know a little about animation principles so I can help.

 Beginnings of a clockwork tiger steam powered pilot for a contest. D: does the stance scream "I'm fancy!!!" even if you cover up the tophat and cane? o.o and I'm having issues with balance!

 biggrin added the clockworks to it. Not the most recent image of the tiger but this is it about halfway done. How's it going? Is it steampunk enough? Is it still fancy, or should I add some more fancy elements? It's a rough sketch of all the gears and what not. I'm going to clean it up and make it crisp once I get down what goes where.

Gaaaaais. D: This isn't so much as an asking for a critique as a 'whythehellwon'titworkright', but still. :0  It's not that great of a backround, but considering I rarely make backrounds that look kind of neat, I'd like to have something on top of it. Only thing is I've tried something like 15 different sketches or things and can't seem to get anything to work right. D: It is annoying me greatly. ; 3; Any ideas? If it's any help, there is suposed to be a guy there painting. It just won't work right. And yes the canvas has moved. > 3>
